Phoenix Orange Beach II 2403

Great stay and beautiful views. Kids loved the slide!

The location was fantastic and the building itself was very well maintained. The lazy river was amazing for our whole family. Definitely recommend staying in this building! The condo - great view, spacious, good bones. The downsides: the mattresses have zero firmness, so if you like to meld into your mattress when you sleep and peel yourself out when you awake, this may not be an issue for you. Cleanliness was an issue: there was sand in our bed before we ever got in it, the shower had remnants of purple shampoo smeared in it (it was not a stain - I tested it), the beautiful bathtub had something resembling a bodily fluid dried on it so we couldn't use that, and many of the kitchen items in the cabinets/drawers were dirty. The kitchen was surprisingly sparse. You can get by with the pots and pans but you may have to get creative. For the cost, I expected it a little more thought and effort to be put in to cleaning and kitchen items and a slightly firm mattress.

We truly enjoyed our vacation with our family this summer staying at the Phoenix II in #2403. The condo was very clean, and the accommodation was beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here for their vacation.

Very nice location and beautiful property!

We had an enjoyable stay. The unit was impressive with nice furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and accessories. The lazy river and pool area was nice. My only complaint was the mattresses were miserable. To be such a new facility I would’ve hoped for quality mattresses. By the end of the week we were all complaining of sore backs and lack of rest. It’s sad that such a beautiful place didn’t have good beds.

The Condo was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful.

My retired teacher friends and I loved our condo! It was clean, roomy, and in a great location. We plan to return in 2023.

We loved our stay at 2403. The condo was beautiful and immaculate. The beds were comfortable and we loved the white duvets. Excellent view of the beach and gulf. It was nice to have laundry in the condo.

Small problems: The dishwasher had to be run twice due to problems rinsing the detergent out and did not dry the dishes. We only got one dish towel and dish cloth. They did bring 3 more dish cloths but we were only allowed the 1 towel.

We have stayed in several Phoenix Complexes, usually 3-4 bedroom units and have always been very happy with them. This time we only needed a 2 bedroom unit. This unit was beautiful, had comfortable furnishings, a fabulous view and suited our needs. It was very well maintained.

Everything was perfect. The condo is closest to the elevator. The bedrooms were spacious. Although there's not a dresser in the room with 2 beds, there are two closets. The furniture on the balcony is nice. Everything looked new.

We had a great stay at the Phoenix Property. It had been nearly a decade since our family had been to Orange Beach. This property made our return a wonderful experience. Easy access to the beach, loved the keyless entry access, condo was clean, had everything we needed to start off our trip, restaurants, and a grocery store nearby. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property.

Overall, we loved our stay here. I think the cleaning is done too quickly in-between guests. I went through myself and did some extra cleaning before we unpacked. Wiped the couches down, swept the floors more, etc. It wasn't bad but there were some things missed. The kitchen is completely stocked. We forgot a crockpot and I was excited to find one there! The bathrooms and kitchen could use more towels/dish cloths. The balcony view, pool, and beach are perfect. We used them both every day.

Awesome condo- close to elevator

Had a wonderful, relaxing week staying at Phoenix Orange Beach 2! We hope to stay here again in the near future. It is clean, accommodations were as expected, and easy to travel (elevators are very fast) down to beach and/or pool.
Only request is that the pool area add umbrellas to their space as there is very limited shade locations.
