Our condo is perfectly situated on the 24th floor coveted East corner with incredible panoramic views of both the Pass and the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd , 2 queen beds in both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and along with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We loved the location and that it was not very crowded. We tend to cook most nights and the kitchen was definitely lacking decent pots and pans. The jack and Jill bathroom had a loose toilet that clanged every time we used it and the if you tried to move the shower head it felt like it might come out of the wall. There was no broom or anything to clean up sand with. But overall it was a spacious rental and the view was amazing.
The amenities were exactly what we were looking for although the outdoor “pool” was a bit small. Perfect for younger kiddos.
Really like being across the street from donuts, ice cream, and two restaurants.

We've been coming to the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach area for years now, very family friendly. This condo was a nice size for a combined family stay of 5 adults and 2 teens. Condo was clean, beds were comfy, plenty of bath towels supplied. Our only complaint is that the kitchen supplies were lacking. Only a very small bottle of dish detergent was provided, and only one hand towel - no dish cloth or sponge. There are plenty of dollar stores and grocery stores, it's just a hassle to buy everything extra after paying premium rates. The frying pans could also stand to be upgraded, as we made breakfast most mornings. Overall, really nice stay, but the extra touches would have made it excellent.

I took my family of ten for a vacation that my daughter wanted to go. She is diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer an d I did not know if this would be our last trip with her . We had a great time and my daughter had so much fun. Our representative was terrific when ever I called for info. Ten stars.

Stay was full of hiccups but the people at Phoenix handled it perfectly
The location of the property is in the center of everything and the view is outstanding.The bedrooms were adequate for a large party, sleeping wise, but lacked dressers for storage. The biggest complaint that we had was the lack of kitchen supplies and kitchen appliances were not the best. The property management responded well to our request for additional towels and moderate supplies for kitchen supplies. The washing machine should be looked at too because it is very loud when it is on the spin cycle.
