great place to stay

It was great weather. Very relaxing. Property and unit were as described. Very nice. No issues.

The condo we rented was perfect for our long weekend. We were in Gulf Shores for a family wedding and the reception was at Zeke’s Marina across the street! The view of the gulf was nice and all was easily accessible! Our unit was very comfortable for the four of us and it was nice having the large bar area and ice maker! The bedrooms were nice and dark for sleeping in too! Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay! Thanks

This property had a lot of space, the balcony view was amazing. The kitchen came with all tools needed to cook, each TV was a smart TV, which was nice to login and watch our shows. I will say that the Jacuzzi tub in the master, needed to be cleaned more frequently. We turned it on, and clumps of black stuff came out of the jets, and even after numerous times of ice cleaning it, there was still black stuff coming out of the jets. I loved that. It was so close to the parking and we didn’t have to use an elevator to get to our room.
The facility was great, my only complaint would be that the pools were extremely cold, even the indoor one. The one outside was almost too cold to even get in, it was so cold your body never got used to it.
Overall, I would definitely stay in this unit again, just a few things that could change to make the stay absolutely perfect.

I love the location of Phoenix OB II and have stayed here a couple of times. This unit was not quite as nice as the first one I stayed in and needed a little TLC (furnishings not quite as nice, squeaky door hinges, poor quality bath towels, shower drains need attention, lightbulbs need replacing, etc.), but the complex has great beach access and a beautiful lazy river pool area. I notified management about the issues listed above and they responded, thanking me for letting them know and said they would be addressed.

One in our group left her computer behind and Clark was absolutely awesome in getting it returned to her. Condo location is fantastic right in from the garage. We’d just like u to WD-40 the doors so they don’t squeak.

New building with easy access to condo from same floor covered garage. Shopping carts located on site for bringing in bags/grocery. Condo located close to elevator, yet still quiet. Really nice indoor and outdoor pools and quick access to the beach. Very close to really great restaurants. Will come back and stay here again!

This was my 9th or 10th stay with them but first time in this building and unit.
As is always the case the unit was clean, updated, and in the perfect location. More than ample space for my family of four.
Had a great 5 day stay and will definitely be heading back ASAP!!!

Very spacious, clean, updated condo on a lower floor for easy access. Park your vehicle in the covered parking garage and wheel your bags right into the condo, no elevators, long hallway, etc. Views are gorgeous from the large balcony. Furniture, beds are very nice. Nothing but great things to say about the indoor pool, lazy river, slide and amazing white sand beach. Ice cream, donut shop, seafood across the street, short walk to the Gulf for casual dinner, 5 minutes to Flora-bama, Tacky Jacks, pontoon rentals, souvenir shops. Very family oriented, my kids and wife had a great time.

Love Love this unit! Being on the 4th floor we had a great view of the gulf but better yet was that we were able to park on the same; no elevator! The unit was supper clean and had all the utensils to cook a full Thanksgiving lunch!! We will definitely be back.

Property well maintained and clean. Would have preferred a bedroom with a window, however. Great view and handy parking. Helpful staff. There was a stopped up commode that was promptly fixed.

Very nice condo.. had everything you need...would sleep up to 6 in the 2 bedrooms since one bedroom had 2 Queen size beds it it.. the other bedroom had a King..& if need be the couch in living room open up to a bed...We were 4 floors up and center of the Lazy River...

We had a very nice time at this new unit. The unit was very nice and had all the things necessary for a stay at the beach. You could tell that things still needed to be completed at the complex but it did not interfere with our stay. We would come back to this unit in the future.
