Phoenix Orange Beach II 404

The place was clean, could use some updating. (Paint). Overall a great spot to stay for the beach.

What a beautiful place to spend a week in Orange Beach. The Orange Beach II is such a beautiful place to stay. So clean in our room and through out the resort. The inside pool was a hit during the cooler days and the lazy river and water slide were a huge hit with our kids. Beach was super clean and not very crowded. Our room was amazing and spacious. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect rental unit. We enjoy trying new places in Orange Beach every year and we will be requesting this same unit next year. So clean, easy access, great parking, wonderful amenities, great beach access, and family friendly!

The property impressed all members of our family! The King size bed in the Master was so comfortable. If there was any suggestion I could make, and it's a small would be to provide a bathmat for outside the showers. The floors would get pretty slippery. We ended up putting down one of the bath towels provided, but a thick bathmat would have been nice, so we didn't have to keep rewashing the towels. The property was clean and well maintained and very spacious. There were some beach toys in the closet where the washer and dryer are, which was a pleasant surprise to my 10-year-old. Being on the fourth floor was nice as we could talk with members of our family at the pool, but still had a great view of the ocean/beach. The elevators were never a long wait and the balcony in the condo was an amazing place to hang out. The lazy river was a little chilly, but that didn't stop us from enjoying it. If I'm being honest, the cost of food/drinks and the tax in Orange Beach was a bit of shock, but it didn't stop our family from going out to eat every night. We just ended up spending more than we originally budgeted for. Two of our favorite places were Live Bait and Hogwild Beach & BBQ. We also thought that you could walk around pretty easily to the shops, but the main road was pretty busy, so we always drove places. Overall, we all agreed we would definitely come back to this property again. We all got teary eyed the day we had to check-out. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

We totally enjoyed our stay here. Lots of room and spectacular views! Easy to access and everyone was very helpful. Highly recommend. Cannot wait to come back.

This is a great unit. It is our second stay in this condo. The kids really love the lazy River and in door pool. The beach is a little crowded for our taste but the inside of the unit is quiet and relaxing. The beach itself is beautiful and full of sea life. Beautiful clear water to watch dolphins, rays and lots of birds. There are many really great restaurants near by. Also the parking garage is a nice touch. Makes it easy to load and unload your things. The property manager is very nice and helpful. The condo is very clean and comfortable with large rooms and plenty of bathrooms. The ceiling to floor windows in both the master and living room makes a wonderful view of the water. One note you should expect is you will need to purchase a parking pass when you arrive that is not included in your booking fee. The fee had gone up this year from last is now $55. Not a deal breaker for us but an expense you should plan for.

We had a wonderful stay at this very spacious condo! There was so much room and plenty of cabinets to store groceries. I was impressed with the pantry area. The place was immaculate and when we thought we needed a plunger (we didn't look hard enough), Clark was very quick to respond! The pool was wonderful and the parking was amazing because we parked on the same floor as the condo. No waiting on elevators!! We are definitely coming back here.

Overall a great experience! The only thing I would change is the mattress in the master bedroom. It had a very deep/soft pillowtop. Made it very difficult to turn over and get comfortable. We ended up sleeping on the floor in the living room.

Our stay was amazing. The rental agent contacted us about a last
Minute pool issue at our original property. They made arrangements to change and everything went seamlessly. This condo was perfect leaving nothing to want or need but our swimwear. The facility was awesome and we enjoyed our whole week. Parking on the same floor was a huge bonus for unloading. Overall it is the best Orange Beach/Gulf Shores property we’ve ever visited.

This was a beautiful condo especially being on the 4th floor with two small children. We struggled with the king mattress as it is a thick memory foam and quite soft so it seemed to suck us into the bed (hard to get out when you have two new hips) :) But, the entire condo itself was perfect. We also felt very protected even though some neighbor borrowed our chair we left outside the door without asking. But, it showed up the day we were leaving so that was fine. The caretakers of this fine establishment were phenomenal! Everyone who was part of the upkeep and overall maintenance were so respectful and seemed genuinely concerned about your stay, we were very impressed.

I really enjoyed my stay at this unit. 4th floor has direct access to the garage so I was able to park my car on same floor and just walk to the car anytime I needed. Also was easy to access the indoor pool located on ground floor and then walk to the nice clean white sand beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and salt and pepper. Loved the condo decor. There's plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Front desk very friendly. I give it 5 stars and will highly recommend to friends.

Our condo was one of the best units we have ever stayed in. It was well stocked with linens and the the kitchen was well equipped. It is located on the same floor as the garage so we did not have to use the elevator. The rental agent was very helpful with information about the area. We will rent with them again.

We were very impressed with this condo. We will definitely stay here again. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen amenities were high quality and the view was amazing.

We brought our kids and grandkids there. They loved every bit of it. Everything was clean. The rooms were just right. Walk way to the beach was good. Loved the lazy river and the slide. We will definitely be back!

The beds were very comfortable especially in the master bedroom. It was so comfortable I tried to find out what kind it was so I could purchase one for my home. If you would like a great, comfortable condo for your vacation getaway you’ve found the right place!

From start to finish we had an awesome rental experience. I highly recommend Phoenix Orange Beach II. The unit was very well equipped. It met the needs of our party of 6. The common areas are so spacious! Loved the wet bar! Entire unit and building was super clean. Enjoyed the lazy river everyday after the beach.

We had an amazing stay at The Phoenix 404! The room was very spacious and fit our large family well. The property was clean and the extra amenities were nice. The pool area was awesome and our children loved it! We will definitely be back and will recommend it to our friends and family. Lots of awesome options of restaurants in the area.

This condo appeared just as pictured. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 child. Our grandson(age 5) enjoyed the zero entry pool and lazy river. An adult pool would have been nice (we were told that would be coming in the next phase of construction). Parking right outside of the room door was definitely a plus! The only issue/question we had was why there wasn't a curtain over the living room windows and why the only clock in the condo was on the microwave/stove. Overall had a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation to Orange Beach. It was peak season, so obviously crowded, but great nonetheless.

The condo was wonderful. Had everything we needed and the beds were absolutely dreamy. The mattress in the master was so nice we wanted to go to bed early and not get up! The grandchildren loved the water slide and lazy river.
We will most likely be booking again for Thanksgiving.

The condo was great plenty of room. It new so in great condition. Not crazy about balcony furniture it feels more like a place to eat lunch then to relax the furniture is very durable but just not something to sit and relax on. Overall great condo.

It was a very smooth check in and and a beautiful condo

This was such a great stay for my friends and I! We were incredibly comfortable the whole week! The one negative was that the water heater would make an odd squeaking sound whenever someone flushed the toilet or first turned on the shower.

The place was big and roomy. The view was excellent. The beds was so comforting. Super clean. Good size kitchen, everything we need was there. I think if the cost would have been little less it would be perfect.
