Phoenix Orange Beach II 501

I love so many things about this condo- the location, the lazy river and splash pad, the square footage. If you want a simple, no-frills place to stay this will work. I am disappointed that the quality of the stay doesn't match the price.
The closets in the master bedroom are small and there was random stuff stored there like old bedding and worn pillows, ironing boards and beach chairs. We did not have room for our suitcases. There were two thin blankets in the condo; it would have been nice to have soft fluffy blankets for everyone to cuddle up in as we watched movies at night. Also, the coverlets on the bed are thin. Bring your own plastic cups for drinks, there are none. Bring your own soap, shampoos, etc. The samples here are tiny and cheap. Bring your own games, books, etc. The floors were sandy when we arrived, there were multiple burned out lightbulbs, a leak under the sink and the freezer quit the day before we left. The kitchen is very minimal, with no platters or serving trays for food. We purchased several things we needed for cooking our meals. The single chair in the living area is broken and the couch was soiled. All this made our stay feel like we were living in lack instead of having a fabulous vacation. Unfortunately, when I called the office to report the major problems(at 8:00am before we started our last vacation day) they were not in the office. When I did take time to try them again in the afternoon they said they could not afford to replace damages and to put something under the sink to catch the leak, then accused me of not calling sooner. It felt very rude and unaccomadating.

We so enjoy staying in this beach condo. Our entire family loves the slide, the lazy River, and the convenience of the parking on the 5th floor. The condo is very clean and very open and sunny.

Beautiful condo with plenty of room for our family of 10. The kids loved the pool with the waterslide and lazy river and had fabulous beach views. We will definitely be back next year... Highly recommend!

Size of the condo was great plenty of room for our family. Overall good condition. The couch, throw pillows and a few things are showing some wear from being rented.Biggest issue is with the cleaning company. The area rug in the living room was full of sand and overall the condo wasn't as clean as I would have liked upon arrival. We would go back and rent this condo again.

We had a wonderful week with cousins and grandparents. It was a much needed getaway and the condo was super spacious and did not feel too cramped. The pool and water slide were a favorite of the kids. Thank you for the great accommodations!

WE loved our condo. Very roomy and very clean. Location was great. Clark with Phoenix Rentals, LLC was always accessible.

We had a wonderful time in Orange Beach and would definitely recommend Clark's condo. Clark was very accommodating to all of our requests during our stay. The condo is just as it is pictured online and conveniently located near many restaurants, grocery stores and churches. I was able to walk to Easter mass, the ice cream parlor and donut shop! The condo was clean and had all the pans we needed for cooking some dinners in as well. Would highly recommend staying here!

We rented this space with a group of 13 (ages ranged from 1-63 years old). It was a beautiful condo with plenty of room for us all. The location was great, parking convenient and balcony was large! Would recommend this place!

We really loved this condo!!! The view was great and we especially loved being able to park on the floor we were on and walk right in and not have to wait on an elevator. The property was exactly how it was described, well maintained, and had all the amenities you needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay in 501 at Phoenix Orange Beach II. The Lazy river was fantastic and the property was well maintained. We loved that our floor had direct access to the parking garage on our floor. There were plenty of bowls and cups, but not enough cooking supplies (measuring spoons, non-serrated knives, baking pans, pots, etc) to cook for the 14 people the condo allows for. The decor was beautiful, but the big coffee table wobbled and felt like it would collapse at any minute. The cushions for the table and bar were stained and some of the chairs were damaged. Even though there were those minor inconveniences, we would still rent this condo again. We had a wonderful time!

We recently took our family to Orange Beach for the first time and we will definitely go back! The condo at the Phoenix II was wonderful! The location was perfect, the amenities were great (with the exception of the coffee maker, it was not great) the property manager responded to our call immediately and having the opportunity to purchase up to 3 parking passes was another bonus!

The view from this condo is fantastic. It was clean & comfortable. Plenty of room for all of us. The one thing that needs to be addressed is kitchen supplies. There was not one single dish cloth or pot holder & only 2 cup towels. Also, the "starter" dishwashing liquid had been watered down so was not very effective. However, we would still stay here again.

Cleanest most organized condo that we’ve ever stayed in. So easy to get in touch with anyone. Just beautiful.

It was beautiful and very clean. The pool areas are amazing.
