Fabtastic family vacation that actually felt like a vacation

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the process . Check in and out was easy. We were there for a large family reunion and had a wonderful experience at the property! Would definitely recommend !!!

This unit was impressive! The furniture was both beautiful and comfortable. The beds were top quality as well.
If you'll drive up to the fifth floor which is covered parking, this eleminates the need to catch an elevator when coming and going - except to the ground level for the beach and pool.
This place was everything I'd hoped it would be.
When the electric can opener didn't work, after a quick call, a manual one was delivered to me within 10-15 minutes in order for me to prepare our dinner one night.
You will not be sorry if you rent this one!

We loved the 5th floor parking directly on the same floor as the condo. The kids loved the lazy river and slide just as much as the beach. We had the best vacation ever.

Very clean, beautifully decorated, easy check in and out process! Great location. The master bedroom door’s lock is broken but other than that, it was the perfect stay!

My family and I stayed over the Christmas holiday. It felt like we had the place to ourselves until Dec. 26 when more guests started to arrive. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. I loved the gym with multiple machines and weights to choose from, not to mention the huge window with a view of the beach/ocean. The unit was clean and cozy. The only thing I didn’t love was the windows in each bedroom that looked out into the hallways of the condo. They were covered with wooden blinds, but I’ve never seen that before. It let in unwanted light when you tried to sleep and it was loud when people were in the hallways, but that is not the fault of anyone in particular. Overall it was a great stay!

The condo was more beautiful than the pictures. Very roomy for 8 adults and 2 small children. The property was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely stay again. Very easy check in and check out.

If you like lower floors, this unit is for you! The location is perfect - you can park in the garage and walk right to the unit.... No need to get on the elevator to get to your room... We had 6 adults (one on a walker) and we had plenty of room for everyone... The beds were comfortable, the balcony had plenty of seating for everyone and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Clean, comfortable and beautiful condo. Great pool and lazy river. Will gladly return. WiFi struggled but overall wonderful!

We loved everything about our stay and are already wanting to come back before the end of the year! The entire complex while clean & beautiful. The slide & lazy river were a hit with our whole family - from grandkids to grandparents! 5th floor parking made it so convenient for unpacking and grocery runs. We've already told friends about this place and can't wait to come back!

I rented two condos for a week for my entire extended family. We had a WONDERFUL stay. The property is very clean, we were able to park on the same floor as our condo and avoid the elevators when moving our bags. The rooms were located close to the elevator and garage which was very convenient. Normally that would mean the area outside the condo would be noisy, but that wasn’t the case here. They also gave buggies in the hallway to help move bags which we loved. The indoor and outdoor pools were great and we didn’t have to walk far to access the beach (perfect for small toddlers). Very close to lots of wonderful restaurants also. We will be back again!

Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 grandchildren. The large dining table is a plus as well as bedrooms 2 and 3 each having TWO comfortable queen beds (comfortable king bed in master). Amazing view of beach, splash pad and lazy river from balcony. Lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and table with 6 chairs made use of balcony very enjoyable. Clark and Cayce, with Phoenix Properties, responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

We had beautiful weather, with a few chilly days. The unit we had was beautiful and furnished so well. Would recommend to anyone who needs 3 bedrooms.

Everything was great! Resort was nice. Condo was beautiful! Only issue we had was very low water flow. The toilets were clogged uoon arrival. But someone came out right away and helped. We will be back!

The condo has ample space for 3 families. Kitchen well stocked with cooking needs. I would suggest a small booklet or pamphlet in condo about any rules, times for pools, reminders about arm bands, beach chairs rentals, and information about weather conditions by beach flags.

Easy to book, excellent price. Accomodations clean and spacious. Elevators swift, lazy river fun, and the beach amazing. Totally worth it.
