Also, enjoy the convenience of avoiding the elevators and walking straight from your patio to the outdoor pool and grills! There is a king bed in the bedroom, and a twin over twin bunk and sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 6.

Phoenix V is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a splash pad, weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Great location!! The condo was feet from the main pool and very close to the boardwalk. Very clean. We really enjoyed our time in Orange Beach.

Won’t return items that were found by cleaning company.

The stay was fine at the condo. Unfortunately when I left the condo I realized I forgot my whole makeup/toiletry bag. I immediately contacted the owner who said the cleaning company found it and he was going to pick it up and mail it back to me. I was ecstatic and replied that I would pay for shipping. This was almost a month ago. Have not heard from him since. Very sad that this owner is not an honest person. And I have yet to receive any of my items back.

This unit was perfect for our family of five. With young kids, having the pool a few steps away with the safety of a gate, was more than ideal. Plenty of entertainment in the area as well!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The property is located on the 1st floor which was very convenient for coming and going from the pool and beach with our little ones. The condo is decorated nice and there was plenty of room for my husband and I and our 2 kids who LOVED the bunks. The condo is a in a great location close to the grocery store and a few nice restaurants. Checking in and out was easy. Good communication from the property manager. We hope to come back soon.

The unit itself was fine, however, the fact that it was located in the basement was not mentioned at all.

Had a lovely time in Orange Beach. Weather was a little chilly but we had the wonderful indoor pool and hot tub. It was a little weird at first cause we were ground floor ocean front , beautiful view, but when first got there we had to walk through a tunnel to get to our room. Had a couple of minor incidents at first , but were immediately addressed by management. Furniture was dated , but the apartment itself nice and clean. Beautiful beach with easy access. Little disappointed , hardly found any shells.Every possible thing you want in a kitchen. Could use a new set of bathroom towels, old and worn, Remotes not working in both tv's, but was fixed right away. Felt very safe. Had a week reservation but extended it to 9 days cause we were so comfortable. Perfect size for 2 people. Hoping to stay there next year for even longer.
