The rental was clean and the views were beautiful. I loved having coffee every morning in the balcony listening to the waves and people watching. The outside pool was huge and clean. My kids loved the kiddie splash pad.

Besides the lobby construction making it awkward to enter and leave the building, it was an overall great stay. Great location near all the grocery stores and restaurants. Make sure to grab some of the best fried shrimp, and a bushwacker from doc's across the road!!

This was our first experience staying in a Phoenix property. Description of the unit was accurate including amenities. Bathrooms, appliances, general cleaning very good; dusty baseboards and fixtures - a spring cleaning was in order. This was an older building so a little shabby in places. 3 DVD players in the unit, none worked. Beautiful view and beach! Nice work-out room with good equipment. Enjoyed walking through Gulf Shores park and visiting Fort Morgan. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

The condo was perfect for us. Probably my only complaint would be the bed in the master isnt real comfortable and the washing machine is a little loud. Other than that, it was all we needed!

Rental unit itself was adequate in size for our family of 5, though we’ve had larger units elsewhere. Was generally clean, updated and had nice amenities such as a television in each bedroom plus living space with cable and smart tv ready, wi fi also included. The building itself was larger than where we usually choose, but since we stayed at the end of the season it wasn’t as busy and we were always able to find pool chairs, use elevators without waiting, and enjoy the beach without being overcrowded. I think during the busy season, though, this would be a different story – as I saw from other reviewers from mid summer.

We enjoyed our stay. The view is spectacular! The condo is in a convenient location. We thought the cost for parking was a little excessive, but at least we never had problems finding a parking spot.

We had a relaxing getaway. The condo was exactly as advertised and tastefully decorated. It is also centrally located and convenient to Walmart, Rouses and Publix for all your shopping needs. Adventure Island is directly across the highway if you have kids for entertainment. We enjoyed eating out on the balcony and watching the waves roll in. There are several amenities at the resort to choose from (tennis, racquetball, gym, indoor/outdoor pools, kiddie splash pad and of course the beach). You do have to pay $50 for parking and if you want lounge chairs and umbrella while at the beach that’s an additional cost. Overall great experience and would highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Facilities in general were clean and kept up to date. Our condo was clean and modern with great views. The king bed squeaked when you moved around in it and sometimes woke me up, and we couldn’t get the overhead lights to work, otherwise no complaints.

We chose this unit as a weekend getaway for my birthday. It did not disappoint! You knew you were at the beach the moment you walked in this beautifully updated place. Very clean and the perfect size for four adults. Will definitely book this place again! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer!

This is our first experience renting a condo on the beach and it was outstanding in every respect! The condo was exactly as described-- beautifully decorated, VERY clean and had the most amazing view of the beach and ocean. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil you could possible need. The interaction with Phoenix Rentals throughout this venture was outstanding. It literally could not have been better! We would highly recommend this condo! The only recommendation is to replace the tea kettle in the kitchen since it has a slow leak.

Our unit was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable! The pool was wonderful and our 6 year old granddaughter LOVED the splash pad. It was a real bonus to have that little extra place for her to enjoy the sun and water. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a beautifully decorated and super comfortable beach condo. It was super clean and in great shape - the owners have gone above and beyond... it truly belongs in a coastal magazine.
I hope we can use this wonderful unit again for our next family reunion.

The room was great. We had 8 and we all had a place to sleep. Never ran out of hot water. The pools were great. Right on the beach. Awesome view!

We absolutely LOVED this condo. The perfect “beachy” vibes. So spacious and relaxing. The kitchen was equipped with EVERYTHING we could possibly need. We can’t wait to come back! The splash pad is perfect for littles & the location is so convenient.

This condo was amazing!! I’m very picky about condos and am usually a little disappointed as the condos are often a little rougher/dirtier than pictured. That was NOT the case with this condo! It looked exactly as pictured and was VERY clean! It is beautifully decorated/furnished, even the balcony furniture is in great condition! I’ve been traveling to OB for 20+ years and this unit is one of my faves. We were also impressed with the rental company…great communication and they got us an early check in! Would definitely rent this unit again.

This condo was fantastic! Beautiful and well-equipped. The views were so wonderful that we didn’t even feel the need to go down to the beach but a few times due to the pandemic. Our only feedback would be to the building management. There were way too many folks milling about the building without masks.

Overall, it was a wonderful week despite Hurricane Zeta.

We arrived on 10/26/20, and stayed for seven nights. This was my first time in a Phoenix property, but it probably wont be my last. The location is ideal for many Orange Beach dining locations, and several grocery stores were less than a five minute drive. The unit itself was decorated beautifully, and was well stocked with kitchen items for cooking, etc. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, and the view was fantastic...we saw dolphins almost daily!

For the majority of the week, we felt like we had the floor to ourselves...very little noise from neighbors. Once the weekend approached, the noise level picked up from neighbors below us. So, if you're looking for a quiet/relaxing stay, I recommend sticking to weekdays.

The only real complaint that I have about my stay was that parking at Phoenix V was not ideal since the garage is currently under construction/refurbishment. It was sometimes a hike to the car in the evenings. I also wish that the cost of the parking pass had been included in the cost of the stay to help make it feel less like an add-on money grab at check-in. Let me say that I knew beforehand about the parking pass, but just would have preferred it lumped in with the cost of the condo.

To sum it up....we had a great time, and would do it all again without hesitation!!

We stayed here with another couple and had a great experience! Even though the weather wasn't the best every day, we were able to play games, read and relax on the balcony overlooking the ocean! And with cable and smart TVs, we could pass the time binging our favorite shows. The views are nothing short of stunning and the recently remodeled interior is beautiful! We had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch at the condo every day! And even with COVID, the building was taking good precautions with masks and limits on the elevators, so we felt safe the entire time. The condo is also in a great location, just a short 5 min drive to great local restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo is in a great location, just a short drive from two great groceries stores, Walmart, CVS, and tons of great restaurants! We had a few rainy days, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the incredible views from the 11th story ocean-front balcony! It is really well stocked with everything you need to make meals at home or stay cozy on a rainy day. We had two couples and there was plenty of room for us to all by comfortable. The recent renovations throughout made the stay even better! Highly recommend this for your next trip to Orange Beach!

The condo was so nice! After a long drive, it was very welcoming to enter a clean and spacious room! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! It was super convenient to have our own beach access. We will definitely be going again!!
