While you relax by the large outdoor pool or gazebo, your kids are able to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.
Phoenix V is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the Gulf Coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
This is a beach front condo. When you walk out onto the balcony you are looking right at the beautiful ocean!! There is balcony access from the living room and master bedroom!!
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're BBQing. There is also free WIFI in the room.
Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is also plenty of bedding with two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 8.
Also, we are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

We had a great time and this place was perfect for what we needed. The only issue we had was the bathroom light did not work. A quick email and that was resolved no problem. The washer and dryer in the room were great however, the dryer took a little extra time but no biggie to me. Everything we needed for the kitchen was there. The WIFI service was super fast. My kids had a great time at the splash pad.

Condo 1413 was great. It was very clean, well decorated, and well stocked (I loved that there was a Keurig!). The staff of Phoenix V were so nice and professional. The kids loved the pool. Location was good as well. A plus was a short walk to Live Bait restaurant which had a great atmosphere and great food.

Overall, we enjoyed our time at this condo. The location is great, the building amenities were nice and the proximity to the beach was so convenient. The updates made to this condo were nice compared to other properties we looked at. The view is amazing from the 14th floor!
We have stayed in a few other condos where little “extras” like liquid hand soap, a supply of dishwasher detergent and garbage bags were lacking here. We were supplied with one garbage bag, no hand soap and only enough detergent for 1 load of dishes. We were given small toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bar soap) but the other items aren’t things I normally travel with.
The condo was pretty clean but the floors did make our socks dirty and the shower curtains needed attention. There were plenty of towels provided but they aren’t great quality so I would probably bring my own next time.
My family loved this property and would stay again. It’s close to everything, has convenient beach access, a great onsite pool area, nice sized kitchen/living space and has been recently updated .

If you aren't a member of this group, I suggest joining for future specials!! :) The entire stay was great and comfortable. The condo is beautifully decorated with a beautiful view. The lobby of the complex is newly renovated and luxurious. My daughter loved the splash pad and her own little chair in the condo living room. We will be back again. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations!

The condo was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The decor was lovely, each bedroom has a smart tv with cable, the beds were SO comfy, and the decorations were lovely. Very clean. The view is absolutely gorgeous, right above the beach. Quiet, close to tons of great restaurants and shops for whatever we needed during our stay. Booked this unit for an anniversary getaway. It was absolutely amazing. Every detail of this condo is so perfect. From the decor to the furniture to the views.....it was incredible. We can’t wait to go back and would recommend this condo to everyone! The location was perfect, grounds well maintained and my husband who is a contractor by trade kept raving about the boardwalk to the beach! 10 out of 10!
We loved this place overall. Clean, comfortable, and a location that couldn't be beat - the beach is RIGHT there. Kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and pans we needed. Two things to know: 1) The door is really hard to open - you have to push HARD, so when we first arrived we thought our key code didn't work. 2) The second bedroom (the one with two beds) has no windows. Furniture was really nice. Essentials like soap and toilet paper were very minimal - just enough for the first day, but grocery stores are easily accessible.
