Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at our great 2BR condo at Phoenix V. There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.
Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is balcony access from living room and master bedroom.
The living room features new sofa, chair and a large flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows.
Updated kitchen with granite countertop and crisp white cabinetry is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious home cooked meal.
Dining room seats 6 people with two additional seats at the bar.
There is a king bed in the master, the guest bedroom has two full sized beds and there is a sleeper sofa queen in the living room for sleeping up to 8.
We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
There is a large outdoor pool and heated indoor pool with hot tubs. Your kids are able to enjoy a 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was the perfect level- not too far up and high enough for a good view of the water. The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable.

Appliances very old, loud, and need replacing. Door to laundry area was broken and had to call to have it fixed. It’s an ok place. Just kinda old.

The long and short of it is do not hesitate to rent in this building. The beach is clean and the property is as well. Our rooms were fine comfortable beds decent water although it could have been hotter. One of the bathrooms the shower didn't drain really well but that's kind of to be expected.

We had a great 5 night stay at Phoenix V 313. It was clean and served our purposes wonderfully. We spent every morning with beautiful beach views to go with breakfast, then beach time until coming back to the condo for lunch, and then beach all afternoon. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for relaxation and rest.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is high enough to have a great view and low enough to use the stairs instead of waiting for elevators. The complex has great amenities. The condo has plenty of room for 6 guests. It is well appointed and will definitely stay again.
