Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at our great 2BR condo at Phoenix V. There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.
Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is balcony access from living room and master bedroom.
The living room features new sofa, chair and a large flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows.
Updated kitchen with granite countertop and crisp white cabinetry is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious home cooked meal.
Dining room seats 6 people with two additional seats at the bar.
There is a king bed in the master, the guest bedroom has two queen sized beds and there is a sleeper sofa queen in the living room for sleeping up to 8.
We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
There is a large outdoor pool and heated indoor pool with hot tubs. Your kids are able to enjoy a 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2 br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Pros: Great location, fast elevators, plenty of space in the condo. Pool and splash pad were clean as well as beach boardwalk. Always someone cleaning in community areas. Could not hear through walls/ceilings like some condos. Family friendly, trash chute and elevator very close to room but not close enough that people were constantly outside your door. Vacuum and broom for cleaning.
Cons: very minor things - every dish in the place was dirty. Dishes in cabinets covered in grease and crumbs. Seemed like everything had been swept under the furniture. Needed some general repairs - deep gashes in living room wall behind one chair, patio furniture rusting at feet and unlevel, dust ruffle in master was ripped and hanging.

This condo was amazing! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Its on the 4th floor overlooking the ocean and the splash pad was right below us. The pool was awesome, and just a short little ramp to the sand! The location was perfect. Restaurants right across the street and Walmart about a half mile down the street. I would definitely stay at this condo again!

From the get-go, communication was excellent. Prompt responses and explanations, easy to work with and makes changes. Check in process was so simple, arrived on our own time to a clean rental unit. It was the perfect size, had everything we needed and the location and view was AMAZING!!! The property was quiet and we had no issues in our unit! We will definitely be staying in this unit again!

We love traveling to Orange Beach in the Fall and this year was the best yet! We loved the condo, views from the balcony, the cleanliness of the unit and facility. It was fully stocked, spacious and had great amenities! This is our favorite vacation spot! The best food, beach and pools.

Everything went very smoothly. I really like getting the room code so we don't have to check in when we arrive. The room was clean and was equipped w everything we needed. Phoenix vacation rentals checked in w us after we arrived to make everything was okay, which was nice! The only thing I didn't like was the wristband policy, never had to wear one before in orange beach. We always try to book through phoenix vacation rentals first, always a good experience!

I had an awesome time! The weather was amazing! The condo was nice, spacious, clean, and convenient. It’s on the trip where you accessible to you name it. Beach is in the back of the condo so you can instantly experience the “beach life.” I will definitely return soon. I will highly recommend it to my family and friends! I have 1 minor complaint; the iron board was broken on arrival. Other than that, 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me.

We had a fabulous family vacation staying in Unit 404! This unit is clean, really well stocked, comfortable bed, gorgeous views from the balcony and Phoenix V amenities were wonderful! We loved the sugar sand beach, swimming in the pools, seafood restaurants, tennis in the evening and shell hunting. We will definitely be back to vacation in this unit!

Everything was great. It was clean and had all that was needed. Bonus parking space right outside the door was so convenient! Definitely would go and stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo for a week! The Phoenix property is so beautiful, wonderful views of the ocean from the 4th floor, new family room furniture is comfy and all the kitchen amenities you could need. We will definitely be back! October had the best weather and the ocean was very warm.
