Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at our great 2BR condo at Phoenix V. There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.
Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is balcony access from living room and master bedroom.
The living room features a new sofa, chair and a large TV to watch your favorite shows.
Updated kitchen with granite countertop and cabinetry is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious home meal.
Dining room seats 6 people with two additional seats at the bar.
The guest bedroom has two double beds, TV, and full bath. Also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 8.
We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
There is a large outdoor pool and heated indoor pool with hot tubs. Your kids are able to enjoy a 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Thee condo was great, location perfect and balcony was ideal to watch kids in splash pad and pool. Balcony also provided fantastic view of the beach. Condo was very clean, and beds very comfortable.. very minor issue was replacement coffee carafe did not work with brand of coffee maker but this minor issue did not deter from a 5 star rating.

I just arrived yesterday afternoon and the view is gorgeous! The condo is perfectly clean and the coffee maker is brand new. I have been enjoying my coffee on the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and I am headed to the beach for a day of relaxing by the waves!

We have enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The cleanliness was excellent! The mattress in the Master bedroom was very comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning and it was so refreshing! The amenities here are great!

Very nice condo! on 4th floor which makes a walk up or down the stairs reasonable when elevators are crowded. Mornings when all head to beach or 4:00 when everyone wants to check in. High enough for a good view and don't hear much from pool yet low enough to walk to. Condo was clean.

Exactly as pictured, love the view from the bedroom in the living room, love the inside, swimming, pool and hot tub. It was a little chilly to get in the pool when we were there, but the pool looked really nice and especially the kids water part looked really fun. Great place to stay

Location was great, Phoenix 5 was great- pool and splash pad and ease of beach access we're great. However this unit itself needs updates and work- shower doors coming off, carpet needs to be re-laid or replaced, closet doors and laundry room doors hard to close. Overall outdated but functional

Condo was super clean! Beds and furniture were comfy. Recliner needs to be replaced. Dining lights did not work. We would rent again. Only issue was the day before we left our door code did not work. Went to desk in lobby and explained our issue with door code. We left our phones in room, the blond lady was rude and did not seem interested in helping. She said she left a message for our owner. After a while I asked for the phoenix # and someone let us use their phone and the lady was great. She got us a new code in a minute. Unacceptable interaction at desk in lobby!!
