The best 1br unit at Phoenix V!!
This Phoenix V condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple with a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. Two tennis courts await you outside. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you are bbq-ing.
Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. Enjoy a nap on the large chair in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
Our condo was recently renovated with new granite countertops, new custom cabinets, new living room furniture and tile throughout. We think its one of a kind at Phoenix V!!
Our condo is located in the center of the building on the 6th floor, not a far walk from the elevators. Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! Send me an email and ask about the many discounts. In general this unit will be priced less than the on site management company.
Your kids are able to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.
Parking: You must purchase your parking pass upon arrival, it is a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 1br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase one parking pass, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Except for some health issues that arose the trip was great. Sunny and warm for 3 days then got cooler last of week, but still very relaxing. Enjoyed Al game with son and his wife. They live in Loxley and came to condo for evening. He is quadriplegic but we all had great food and great time. Definitely do it again.

I was very satisfied overall. The only issue was check out. There were no elevator s. People were going to the beach and new people were checking in while others were checking out. Waited for a elevator to load my cart on for awhile. Had to carry and make numerous trip s from the sixth floor to my car. But the staff were nice and the location was great and i would stay with you guys again. The security guard at the gate of Phoenix 5 named Nick was extremely nice and courteous.

Great location and view. Facilities have great amenities and secure parking. Condo is spacious for a one bedroom. Internet work good and has a large TV with satellite, and a large balcony to enjoy the view of the ocean. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by for your convenience. Condo was true to description.
Cons:
Living Room furniture is tired and very uncomfortable and needs replacement. Bed was hard and uncomfortable.

My family of 3 had a wonderful stay! Perfect size for us. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The King size bed was very comfortable. Nice big recliner in the living area! Wish I could have brought it home with me! This condo is located in a great spot in the complex. Right in the middle, on the 6th floor, and right next to the elevator. So you don't need to walk a long ways bringing your stuff back and forth. The owner was very nice to work with and she was quick on responding to e-mails. Make sure to bring your own coffee filters. There is a starter set of toilet paper, paper towel, and dishwasher soap when you check in. Make sure you bring more of these items including trash bags, dish soap, and hand soap. I read the description thoroughly and remembered to bring these items with us. Condo had plenty enough pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. This complex is very kid friendly and very family oriented. I would love to return and stay in this unit!

We had a great stay and Julie the rental agent was great to work with. The condo was perfect for a family of 4. We have 2 small kids and the pull out couch was perfect for them. The condo has updated cabinets and countertops that really help spruce up the joint. They could use a new TV in the living roon and a few small things but everything was good overall. The Codo was great and great view. Wish we had known we needed to bring our own toliet paper, Kleenex, bath mat, trash bags and hand towels. It would have also been nice know there was beach equipment in the patio closet. We are looking forward to coming back.

The property was just as advertised. The updated countertops really set the place off. We were surprised at the size of the condo too. Much larger than other condos that we have stayed in. The only thing that I would change is the balcony furniture. The current furniture on the balcony is sort of cheezy for a condo in this price range. However, we will be back at the location because of the overall experience we had.
