We have updated the condo with all new cabinetry, countertops and living room furniture!!! Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!
Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at our great 2BR condo at Phoenix V. There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.
Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. The guest bedroom has two double beds. Living room has a comfortable recliner. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
!!!! SPLASH PAD & WATER PARK !!!!!
Your kids are now able to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

There were 15 of us who stayed in various condos on the sixth floor of the Phoenix V. Our home condo (615) was a favorite place to hang among the group because of the comfy living room and calming decor. It was the perfect location to take littles to the pools and beaches.

While we loved the amenities the balcony is not private which we were unaware of and many people could see us trying to enjoy morning coffee/dinner etc in peace there were people yelling and talking to each other balconies away from one another. The condo could have been cleaner. Our bed sheets smelled like mold (left wet in washer/dryer too long) and that was the last thing we wanted after a 14 hr drive. Also, they were working on some picnic area roofs and it was quiet loud everyday all week and that area was not useable which would have prob been very nice to use if able. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

We arrived after hurricane Sally hit(sept 30th). We were not able to check in to our rental until 2 days after our arrival (Oct 2). We were at our rental until the 6th of Oct, when we had to evacuate the following morning (Oct 7) due to the threat of hurricane Delta. Fortunately the evacuation order was lifted and we were able to return to our rental on Thursday the 8th of Oct. The rental company was awesome and apologetic, although it was not under their control that weather was uncooperative. They quickly refunded nights that we were not able to stay in our condo. Although we got off to a rocky start, which was the fault of no one, my family had beautiful weather and lots of relaxed time to spend together. We enjoyed the beach and the pool with our grandchildren until we had to sadly leave on October 17th. The location was as described, with a beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. There was plenty of space for 6 of us in a 2-bedroom condo unit. We have stayed at Phoenix condos in the past and have always had a terrific experience. I think that 2020 just continues to throw curveballs to all of us!!!

We had a lovely relaxing stay. We enjoyed the option of going to the beach, the two pools, or the new splash pad. We have four children and this condo was perfect for cooking, spending time together, and sleeping all six of us. I would highly recommend this condo and we will be coming to stay again!

We have the best time staying in this condo. I loved the furnishing and the view was fantastic. The grandkids loved the splash pad, although they were having major problems with it, but that didn't deter them. They went from there to the pool to the indoor pool to the beach. They never had a dull moment. My favorite time was sitting on the balcony listening to the ways roll in. I have been very stressed with a lot going on in my life and it was the perfect medicine. If only I could live on the beach I think I could get rid of all my meds and be completely happy!!! The staff was very nice. We've never stayed in a place this big where you had to wear wrist bands but it was a good idea to keep people from just coming off the beach to use their facilities. The guards were super nice to let my friends come over and visit for the day. I don't know how that will work out during the summer when they are booked out. Thanks to the owners for sharing your home and to Julia for getting us in a nice unit! We will be back.

We loved every minute of our vacation with our granddaughter's. They loved the water park, pool and beach! Our condo with just right for the 4 of us. We truly enjoyed our stay! Can't wait till next year!

We had a grand time on our adventure. Our rental was spotless but on first walking through the door the smell was bad...we couldn't identify what it was so opted to open doors and turn on fans. After a couple days it was better. We loved LOVED the splash pad for the kiddos and the beach is just steps away.
Batteries needed in living room TV remote and sheets never stayed in place on the beds BUT minor inconveniences! I will recommend this place to others.

We stayed 4 nights in this unit and couldn't have been happier. It was clean and very well maintained. The pools and splash pad were a huge hit for the kids. Beach was also well cared for and not too crowded. The owner checked in on us via email to make sure everything was going well. Very highly recommended.

We enjoyed our Spring Break here and especially liked the patio, its furniture and the view. We cooked a few times and the kitchen had all the necessities. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice having ample parking as well - Never an issue. The living room furnishings were surprisingly comfy while we read or watched a movie. I'd highly recommend this condo to any family of 4!

We stayed in this condo Jan & Feb. Enjoyed our stay - the condo was very nice - very friendly people. Any thing we needed was taken care of very qyickly. Would certainly recommend this to a friend!
