Your kids are able to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.
Phoenix V is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the Gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you are bar-b-quing.
Come relax on the spacious corner balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. A queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queen sized beds in the 3rd bedroom for sleeping up to 8. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL 2 BR and 3BR units on this same 8th floor!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

We had a great week in this condo. Everything worked just fine and there were plenty of dishes in the kitchen for the week. The beds were comfortable (if you remember this is not your bed at home). The closet on the balcony had so many toys, chairs, shade canopy and lots more. If you are staying here you will not need to bring that stuff. Furniture on the balcony is in great shape and pretty comfortable. There is a paper on the refrigerator with the owners contact info and that was very reassuring. Ive stayed many other places that were awful!

We took our daughter, who is a single mom, to Orange Beach for her birthday. The condo was very nice and met all of our needs. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning as I had my devotion and quiet time. The beds were a little harder than what we are accustomed to at home, but were not unbearable. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home away from home.

Beautiful unit and the floor plan is perfect. Very clean and well organized.
We met old friends and had a very relaxing time in Phoenix V #803. The unit was clean with comfortable furniture and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with necessities. You will need to bring paper products and dishwasher detergent for extended stay. We spent most of our time sitting on the deck enjoying the ocean and walking on the beach. The indoor pool and hot tubs were usually full of kids so we skipped those. We loved eating seafood at several local restaurants.
