Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at our great 2BR condo at Phoenix V. There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.
Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is balcony access from living room and master bedroom.
The living room features new sofa, chair and a large TV to watch your favorite shows.
Updated kitchen with granite countertop and cabinetry is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious home meal.
Dining room seats 6 people with two additional seats at the bar.
The guest bedroom has two queen beds, TV, DVD player and full bath. There is a sleeper sofa queen in the living room for sleeping up to 8.
We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
There is a large outdoor pool and heated indoor pool with hot tubs. Your kids are able to enjoy a 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix Vguarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

This unit did not have a lot of storage for your clothes. There was a plug prong stuck in one of the outlets. It was adequately stocked.

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was that the master bedroom shower curtain liner was filthy. We had to purchase one to replace it .

2 stars on maintenance due to not being advised of balcony maintenance during stay. Extremely noisy. They blocked the doors from the outside to keep us off the balcony while they worked, but did not come back to remove them for the last 2 days we were there.

We traveled for a week with an 5 year old and an 8 year old. The beach was clean, and beautiful. The pool and splash pad were perfect. The condo building was always clean and well maintained. We would absolutely return to Phoenix, Orange Beach. We watched dolphins as we drank our coffee on the balcony.

Judy andI had a great time at the beach. We have been coming down for 20+ years. This was our first stay at Phoenix. Everything was fine. No complaints. As I indicated earlier, we understand this is a RENTAL, but the furnishings could use some upgrading. Kitchen was fine but applinces show moderate wear.
Please know we were very satisfied with our stay, but felt You should be aware of some issues.

This condo was great and perfect for a quick beach getaway! The rooms are separated to give some privacy and the balcony was great! The only complaint would be the mattress in the master bedroom. It really needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was as stated. Great views from the balcony. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice. The beach was fabulous. We didn't have any issues, and would stay here again.
The property was good. A great location and covenant to shopping and grocery stores. The condo was clean and in good shape.I would recommend this property.
