While you relax by the large outdoor pool or gazebo, your kids are able to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.
Phoenix V is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the Gulf Coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
This is a beach front condo. When you walk out onto the balcony you are looking right at the beautiful ocean!! There is balcony access from the living room and master bedroom!!
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're BBQing. There is also free WIFI in the room.
Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is also plenty of bedding with a Queen bed and a twin over twin bunk in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 8.
Also, we are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
If you need an additional condo we have a 3br also on this 9th floor.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

We loved staying at the Phoenix V condo with great ocean front balcony. The condo was clean and had great decorations and furnishings. Location of the building was great and property was well maintained. We found a favorite restaurant, Tacky Jacks and we already miss it.

Stayed for a Friday to Friday family vacation at this charmingly decorated condo. Perfect size and layout for our family of four. I would stay here again and again. Only thing keeping it from absolutely being 5 stars across the board were the pillows and towels. They could use a little upgrade. This place and the communication you get from the company is amazing! Location made it easy to get to around the area.

We had a wonderful trip had a great view condo wad nice definitely needed a deep clean under the bed & less noticeable places. Definitely, would've loved a regular toaster. Also, not recommended for people with fear of heights. I would recommend the place to other people forsure. The elevator was an issue when we arrived to get luggage to the condo to many people not enough elevators. The Manager was nice

We had a great stay! Mostly updated condo! only issues were a rattling vent in the guest room and needed a better broom to be able to sweep up sand from day to day. very up to date for the most part the only room they may could use a little help was the guest bathroom shower. I would recommend this condo for a great getaway. It was cleaned very nice when we got there.

We were a last minute deal and the owner and management staff were very friendly and easy to work with. The condo was very spacious for our family of 5. The condo has the most comfortable beds of about any condo we have stayed in. The view from the ninth floor was awesome. There were really no issues with the condo or the property. Pool and splash pad are great and it’s a short walk to the beach. Would recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again. Thanks to Andy and Julia for making this last minute trip possible.

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix V. Our condo was newly renovated, clean and had a wonderful ocean view! The pool was great. The water pressure in the kitchen sink was not great, but it was in the showers! We would definitely come back!

For our family of four, this location allowed for a fantastic vacation. The condo itself was stocked very well, was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The beach tired out the kids easily in the mornings but they loved heading to the splash pad in the afternoon. Both indoor and outdoor pools were great especially for an after dinner swim. The location of this property puts you within walking distance of some excellent dining options, and only a short 5-10 minute drive to most attractions. We will absolutely recommend this unit to anyone else. After this stay, this location will become our new destination of choice!!!
