Completely REDONE, this Phoenix 6 condominium is a 3 bedroom/2 bath second floor unit is located in central Orange Beach. You do not have to go up elevator or stairs, as this is lobby level. This unit is within walking distance to local shopping and restaurants. The second floor balcony provides great views of the pool and the white sandy beach!
The living room features a sofa sleeper and a 55' flat screen TV/DVD. There is a brand new comfy recliner. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay with brand new cabinet, granite countertops, appliances and a Keurig. There is seating for six at the dining table and two bar stools for additional seating. The master bedroom features a king sized bed and a 48' flat screen TV. There is a king bed in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 10. The unit has marble tile throughout and there is balcony access from the living room and master bedroom.
This unit is very close to three major grocery stores, many restaurants, and shopping of all sorts. Tangier Mall Outlet is within 10 miles, Florabama is 2 miles east. Because this building is so close to the pass where warmer waters join the Gulf, guests are able to see much aquatic wildlife, most commonly dolphins with their babies. Additionally boats of all size go to and from the ocean in this area. Lots to see from this balcony!!
Phoenix 6 is a 3 bedroom/2bath ground floor unit located in central Orange Beach (you do not have to go up on the elevator or stairs but the beach side balcony is one floor up from the ground.) FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL 3BR, 2BR AND 1BR UNITS AT PHOENIX VI, including the 1br unit directly next door and 2br unit 3 doors down.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

This condo was perfect for our young family. It was easy to unload and load our things as well as get to the beach due to the floor location. This condo is also wonderfully laid out and decorated. The amenities were nice, and we will definitely be back.

Such a lovely condo! Exactly as advertised. We loved being on the first floor and not having to rely on the elevator. The manager responded very quickly when we contacted him about a concern, and it was addressed right away. The Phoenix VI building and grounds were clean and very well maintained. It is close to restaurants and shopping. Loved it all!

We absolutely loved the unit and the entire Phoenix experience did not disappoint. We have been coming to OBA for the past 20 years and always stay at a Phoenix because we always have the best accomodations. I will definitely try to book this same condo for next year!

It was a very pleasant stay. We couldn't sign into our Netflix. Someone else's name came up and couldn't get it off. One suggeswould be to upgrade toilets. They are very low and paint peeling. It looks dirty even though it isn't.

Beautiful condo- great location. Close to wonderful restaurants/shopping and short walk to the beach. Condo was clean and in a great location inside the property, only used elevator to go down to walk to the beach. Close to stairs for parking structure. Property was far less stocked than previous condo's we have rented which was disappointing.

Rental properties were great. Not enough local places to eat. Two hour waits to eat. Traffic was terrible. Local infrastructure just not capable of handling so many people. Need wider roads and better traffic lights with alternate travel routes.

I would suggest buying a new toaster as this one set off the alarm even on low and burnt toast on two of the slots. I would also recommend curtains on the windows in the bedrooms that face the hall . They had blinds but the rooms were still to bright . I still slept great .

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo have everything we needed to make meals. Comfortable and spacious, plenty of room for two small families. Beautiful view from the balcony.
