I have stayed in over 30 VRBO rentals all over the world so I have a good variety of properties for comparisons.
I will start with the positive, the location is terrific and the property's amenities were great! Overall the unit was aesthetically pleasing with lots of room. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pots and pans for cooking. The balcony was spacious and comfortable with excellent views of the beach.
The negatives were the details. The condo sleeps 10, but there were only 8 towels, no extra pillow cases, although there were extra pillows and not enough silverware for the number of guests. The kitchen water squealed while it was running and the faucet was so small you couldn't get a pot under it to wash it. When we arrived, there was dried spaghetti sauce running down the front of the kitchen cabinets. There is no filtered drinking water in the unit, I would expect filtered water in the refrigerator or a filter on the kitchen faucet in Florida, everyone know the water is not good for drinking. There were no condiments, not even a salt or pepper shaker, nor any kitchen drying towels. The sofa was comfortable but needs the upholstery cleaned, it is white. The shower in the primary bathroom is original to the unit and small with mold growing in the caulk, it was not updated when the rest of the condo was remodeled. There are no beach accessories- umbrellas or chairs. You can rent them, but they are not included in the rental of the condo.
I would not rent this unit again, I would rent in this building.

Only negative- door wouldn’t work properly. We had to call maintenance. We lost a day because we had to stay in the condo, due to wait for maintenance to do a repair. And, it was a constant worry that we wouldn’t get the door to lock or we wouldn’t be able to get back in. Please have the door/lock repaired.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo have everything we needed to make meals. Comfortable and spacious, plenty of room for two small families. Beautiful view from the balcony.

Excellent vacation experience!

We loved the location of the condo, the beach was beautiful, pools were great. The condo itself seemed to be recently renovated, however, it was NOT clean. We found what looked to be a used feminine product made up in our bed. The bar stool at the kitchen island was broken. There was mold and mildew build up in the master shower which had to take weeks of poor cleaning to build up to that amount. There was a pill next to the night stand in the room our children stayed in and the furniture was all stained. All wood work and cabinets were filthy. Very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the condo, especially for the price we paid. Loved Orange Beach but we will not be staying here again.

Was very nice and great location and had everything that we needed.

This condo was perfect for our young family. It was easy to unload and load our things as well as get to the beach due to the floor location. This condo is also wonderfully laid out and decorated. The amenities were nice, and we will definitely be back.

The overall condo was nice however the cleanliness was not. There were stains on the furniture and sheets. The kitchen drawers were dirty and unorganized. I don’t think the floor had been mopped. Trash and food was under the sofas. The shower had a build up of mold that looked like it took a long time to get in such bad condition.

Super easy process, not a single issue with booking, getting the info, access to the condo, etc. Condo was very nice and we had everything we needed for appliances, cooking utensils, etc.

The condo was beautiful! We could see the beach from our balcony! It was just the right size for us. Very clean and well taken care of. I would recommend it to friends!!

Such a lovely condo! Exactly as advertised. We loved being on the first floor and not having to rely on the elevator. The manager responded very quickly when we contacted him about a concern, and it was addressed right away. The Phoenix VI building and grounds were clean and very well maintained. It is close to restaurants and shopping. Loved it all!

Very beautiful, spacious, comfortable condo. Convenient and easy access with no need to get on the elevator. Facilities well maintained and employees were readily available if needed. We would definitely consider another stay here

We absolutely loved the unit and the entire Phoenix experience did not disappoint. We have been coming to OBA for the past 20 years and always stay at a Phoenix because we always have the best accomodations. I will definitely try to book this same condo for next year!

We had a great time. The location is awesome. However, we found the property not as clean as we expected. It appeared to be infested with flies. The beds weren’t made neatly. The sofa bed was very filthy. It was dusty and supplies were scarce and limited.
As business owners we understand how important feedback can be. Learning from customer’s insight gives the opportunity for improvement!!

It was a very pleasant stay. We couldn't sign into our Netflix. Someone else's name came up and couldn't get it off. One suggeswould be to upgrade toilets. They are very low and paint peeling. It looks dirty even though it isn't.

The condo was lovely. It had everything we needed for our beach stay. The decor was light and airy. Perfect beach vibe. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo- great location. Close to wonderful restaurants/shopping and short walk to the beach. Condo was clean and in a great location inside the property, only used elevator to go down to walk to the beach. Close to stairs for parking structure. Property was far less stocked than previous condo's we have rented which was disappointing.

Rental properties were great. Not enough local places to eat. Two hour waits to eat. Traffic was terrible. Local infrastructure just not capable of handling so many people. Need wider roads and better traffic lights with alternate travel routes.

Lots of room and clean condo. The sound was perfect, no noise. The Wifi did not work well but other than that it was the perfect stay. We will check out this property again.

Booking was quick and easy! We didn’t have any problems and definitely plan to be back if we come back to Orange Beach.

This unit was very clean. It had plenty of room .we loved the open floor plan. Loved the kitchen and living room . It has a great view . I would suggest buying a new toaster as this one set off the alarm even on low and burnt toast on two of the slots. I would also recommend curtains on the windows in the bedrooms that face the hall . They had blinds but the rooms were still to bright . I still slept great .
