Very clean and nice

Great location, excellent layout, only enclosed balcony/porch with sliding doors directly overlooking pool and pathway to beach. Master bath room was very nice and spacious. Room/Balcony was not cleaned well. Broken glass(large pieces) on balcony floor cut son's foot. Floors were on the dirty side, especially under furniture. Noisy, although somewhat expected, was especially loud with banging sounds in master bath. Recommend sound machine/white noise for children.

We really did enjoy ourselves but if there were any criticisms they are:
- the rooms could have been cleaned more.
- the mattresses are uncomfortable
- There were kids ringing our door bell and knocking. The staff tried to catch them but wasn't able to.

The place was perfect for our family! It was clean and well stocked with an amazing location to get to the beach and the pool. We loved it!!

The condo was perfect for my family's vacation! there was plenty of room & the large enclosed patio was great for some of the chilly nights or rain! Only slight complaint was the master bed was a little hard but not unbearable! Highly recommend & if we come back to Orange Beach I'll look for this same unit!

Property is spacious with the enclosed balcony. The view is limited since you are on the first floor. Staff was very helpful. Most is as pictured except for the LR chairs which are no longer there. Husband would have liked to have had a comfortable recliner. The desk by dining table is super nice for computer. All appliances worked. Mr Coffee but would be nice to have a Kcup so had to have filters and ground coffee. Kitchen equipment needs updating, knives, pot and pans and no scissors, mixing/storage bowls. Just newly painted and clean. King bed was comfortable. Shouldn't have to purchase a parking pass-should be included with total price.

We traveled for a team tournament. The Phoenix 6 had some great spaces for team gatherings and large enough to spread out when we needed space. Everything was as promised and expected. Our room was more spacious than we imagined and could have had more guests given the enclosed balcony. We were nervous that we were on the 1st floor but that was never an issue!

We had a Great Vacation, the Property was in a Great Location and the staff was helpful, the unit we rented had a nice view and a Big enclosed porch, but the unit is in need of some upgrades in decor.

condo was very clean had all that was needed,although the bedrooms were a bit outdated and beds needed modern bedding it was nice location the ocean view was not as decribed as we didnt have a open deck which makes alot better view living room chairs were not updated and very uncomfy

The unit was not clean. You could NOT walk around without shoes. The carpet was filthy as were the floors. It left your feet black. It was very dated and the cooking utensils were hodge podge at best. The pots and pans we burnt and rusted. We had to wash the dishes again because they still had food on them. One of the frying pans still had eggs around the edge. There was dirt and bugs in some of the cabinets. The sheets felt like sandpaper and the beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on. My husband’s back hurt after sleeping on the bed in the master bedroom for a week. The front bedroom had queen box springs and double mattresses and you could not close the door because the beds were in the way. There was dust hanging from the ceiling fans and across the ceiling in the front bedroom. The towels and wash clothes we thread bare. To the point the “bath mat” was sewn back together. Even though there was an enclosed porch, it was not air conditioned and you could not enjoy it. It sits over the indoor swimming pool and hot tubs. If need be, I took lots of pictures for proof. For what this property cost to rent, I expected better accommodations. Pictures online are very deceiving. This unit is not as spacious as it was made to look.

WE have vacationed in other properties via VRBO and have never had issues.

I thought VRBO was suppose to be an "owners" website, not a "property management company"!

When we arrived the patio was flooded due to lots of rain but the management company sent two people out to clean up and they did a great job. The patio is not air conditioned so it is very hot most days. The condo was ok, carpet was dirty and just needs updating. Overall we were happy and would probably stay again.

This was a cute little room but it does need to be updated and cleaned better. The air conditioner needs to e replaced or maintained. The shower head/ shower stall in the Master Bath need to be cleaned.

The Phoenix property was very disappointing with the cleanliness. When the housekeepers were moping it smelled like dirty water and left a musky smell. The indoor pool area air vents were covered in mold above jacuzzi and pool. The overall property appearance was horrible and not what I expected. We will not be staying at this property again. Staff was awesome and very accommodating.

This is a well-furnished clean condo in the Phoenix VI complex. Its main floor location right off the lobby is very convenient for going anywhere, be it the beach, the pool, weight room, racquetball court, or parking lot. The spacious, nicely furnished enclosed balcony with sliding doors was nice in February since we could sit out there even when it was cool. It may be a bit too warm during warmer weather since the breeze is limited. There were just two of us using the condo, so can only speak to master bedroom and bath. The bed was comfortable and the room had sufficient storage space. The bath, too, has much storage area and a walk-in shower. Only issue I had with the shower was the need to step into the shower to turn water on so you initially get sprayed with cold water before you can step out to let it warm up. (The glass panel by the shower head is permanent and unmoveable.) We ate our evening meals out, so only used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Furnishings were sufficient for us. The pantry with wire shelves was appreciated to store our food and supplies. Since it is beachfront, the tiled flooring, except in bedrooms, was nice for cleaning up of any residue sand that made its way in. The sunny beach weather was a bonus. We highly recommend this two-bedroom condo.

Enjoyed this condo very much, especially the balcony. The temperatures were in the low 70's to mid 80's so we kept the exterior sliding doors on the balcony open so that in the morning it was the perfect place to start the day. Planning to come back in the winter. First time we stayed in a first floor unit so couldn't hear the waves very well, but did enjoy hearing the children playing in the pool. Also appreciated the short walk from the elevator to the unit.

Fun, Relaxing, Exciting, Clean, POOL and BEACH!

Very easy room to access on 1st floor. Loved the enclosed balcony during the tropical storm, but once the sun came out it was very hot and humid since it is not air conditioned. Would be great in fall and winter. Floors could have been cleaned better and coffee pot was dirty. Furniture is well worn and master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. However, beds in guest room were very comfortable. Overall had a good stay, just minor concerns and we were not in the room much after the first day.

The pictures on the website don't do the condo justice. Its far nicer and spacious. Great deal for the price. The Lanai is huge,it would be nice to open it up more,minor detail. Lots of amenities on the property and within steps of a beautiful beach.The Grandkids hopped from the inside to outside pool, back into one of 3 jacuzzies.
The Kitchen is spacious,there could be an upgrade in pots and pans, bowels etc. We cooked all our meals and had to be creative.LOL
The master bedroom is big with a comfortable bed.The bathroom is huge.There is a clicking or knocking coming from the pipes from above, when they flushed.
The second bedroom with own bathroom can sleep 4 comfortable.
There are no board or card games in the condo,so bring your own.
Our stay worked out great. They closed the Beach on our last day.
Overall excellent condo and property. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Our family traveled down for spring break. Since the weather was still chilly it was good to have the patio doors. Just wish they opened up wider. Loved the location and loved the fact that they actually had people working there like a hotel so if you needed anything they could help you. Also loved the fact that there is no outside access to your room. Made it feel safer.

Condo was very nice and clean!!! The only thing I did not like was that the patio was not open had glass doors surrounding it so no air flow plus room was above sauna so it was hot!! Other than that I was very satisfied!

Positives: Clean condo, well stocked with towels and dishes and sheets. Great pools, hot tubs and access to beach. Library for books to rent for beach!
Recs: Bring extra garbage bags.
Negatives: none really but I did think the parking rate was high considering it was two families so $42 total. But no complaints at all! We had a great time!! Condo was wonderful, loved the balcony and I will definitely return!

This condo was perfect for our stay with my dad, sister, toddler and husband! The glass enclosed balcony made it possible for us to enjoy the views on the cold and windy days. I will definitely be booking this condo again in the further!

This unit is so spacious. Love not waiting on elevators. Unit was super clean upon arrival.

We rented this condo on the beach for a 4 day stay across the 4th of July week. We had an amazing time. The condo was great. Loved the closed in balcony. Phoenix facilities were good as well. Of course the beach was amazing too.

The condo itself was great. the location was awesome, but the beds in both room and the pull out were horrible. When you are paying this much money for these rooms the beds shouldn't be horrible. They definitely need to be updated. I loved the pool and the facilities were great. The only other thing is that this room is located right over the indoor pool and the pipes knock all during the night which is very disturbing. Loved the area very beautiful and lots of things to do in surrounding areas. The Shrimp Basket, Oyster House and Lulu's were great and loved the Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley.

Everything was very clean

This was a great condo for my stay! Everything was exceptionally clean and the enclosed balcony/sunroom was perfect since the weather was cooler than normal.

I couldn't imagine a better condo than this one. It was perfect for the family and for meeting up on the balcony with friends. The accommodations were clean and exceeded every expectation we had. We will be renting this condo again in future years.

Original booked rm(1BDRM) had maintenance issues so we were offered a choice of 2 two BDRM condos. At no price increase. Great glassed in balcony(protected from rain) that had sliding doors to convert to an open balcony. Enjoyed the stay. Mike Casement did an outstanding job!

It was a great experience! Loved we were on the first floor and easy access. The view was beautiful and enjoyed both inside and outside pools and the beach so close by to watch the water. Everything was clean and nice.

The condo has a very nice view like the picture. It was close to the pools and hottubs. The sliding doors on the balcony helped mute the noise from the pool area later in the evening which was really nice. The only thing I had a problem with was how loud the dryer was when in use. We just made the effort to go out when we started it. All in all we had a nice relaxing vacation.

Great vacation the lower enclosed deck was great. We spend a lot of time playing cards and people watching. It was great for that. We were worried about Noise on the first floor but it was not a problem at all.
