Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI and this 2br condo. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.
Come relax on the huge 1st floor balcony directly overlooking the outdoor pool with great views of the gulf. We have a King bed in the master and a Queen bed in the guest bedroom. The kitchen has been upgraded to granite counters and custom cabinets. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL 3BR, 2BR AND 1BR UNITS AT PHOENIX VI
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Location of condo could not have been more convenient, the master bedroom was very comfy. The only thing that wasn’t very comfortable was the couch, but we stayed on the deck (which was very big) most of the time anyway. Would definitely stay here again!

Very relaxing, balcony was huge and condo is updated and comfortable. This unit is on the first floor so didn’t have to mess with elevators just took stairs to beach/pool access. This was my fourth stay in a Phoenix condo and I love never been disappointed.

Orange beach is a wonderful area to vacation with your family. The beach is family friendly with plenty of room for the kids. We enjoyed eating out with a wide variety of restaurants available.
Our only problem was on arrival and the cleanliness of our condo. The sheets, showers and toilts were not cleaned and the floor throughout the condo was still covered in sand.We arrived after 5 PM so there was time to have the condo properly cleaned. My wife cleaned fr the first hour before putting things away.
I have rented many condos through VRBO over the past 15 years and this was by far the dirtiest.

Condo was clean, and had a beautiful view. It is above the pool, but it still provides a view of the beach and ocean. Balcony is spacious. Bed in master is very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in the unit for a week and had great weather. Parking is great near and provides for easy access to room. Was concerned about door being in lobby area, but it was very quiet. Could use a little upgrades on wall paper and chair in 2nd bedroom.

Spacious deck as described with off-lobby location. We appreciated no elevator living while still living in this Covid year. My sister and I had a great little getaway to this fantastic beach community. The beach has endless white sand, is shallow quite far out, and awesome breaker waves to play in this week. Lots of time spent in and out of the water. We ate out close by and cooked in / both. There is a Publix grocery store very close by. This was Easter Week and not crowded. Better than we had hoped, even!

This condo was clean to my expectations. The decor is a little outdated, but I don't really care about that for a vacation rental. The mattress in the master bedroom was awful and really need to be replaced. You could feel the springs in your back. This is advertised as a first floor, which is true. But I did not realize there was also a ground floor level. The first floor has access to the lobby, but you have to go down a floor for beach and pool access. The pool was nice, enough space for everybody to be spaced out. Parking is $35 per vehicle, which I feel should be included, but not the end of the world. All in all, some minor things could have been better, but I think this place was a good value.

While this condo was in a great location, it needs some immediate updating. The beds are extremely uncomfortable with thin linens and very worn out, dirty bedding. The kitchen was very poorly stocked and the pots and pans was very old. For the price we paid for this, we were very disappointed. I read other similar reviews so I wonder how did this condo get a high rating? VRBO needs to look at how they are averaging the ratings because many of the things that are rated have nothing to do with the actual property and this gives a false impression.

We enjoyed the convenient location of the condo. It was easy to get to the pool, beach, and parking area from our floor. The balcony was a great size. The only two complaints I have is that the bedding in both bedrooms needs to be updated and the kitchen amenities could use updating as well.

This was our first experience staying at a Phoenix rental. We were very satisfied. We had 3 small children and it was very convenient as Our room was on the lobby level. Our room still had incredible views and although we were on the busiest floor and closest to the pool, it was still very quiet and relaxing. It was laid out very well and clean. Our mornings and afternoons were spent on the huge balcony...our favorite place and the kids loved having enough space to play! We would stay again!

Overall experience with the condo was great! It had all the amenities we were looking for and it was well kept. We actually loved that it was on the 1st floor, turned out to be a benefit by avoiding frequent elevator trips. We could see a portion of the beach and the water just fine on the patio. Quick access to the lower level (some stairs) to the pool and walk out to the beach. Close proximity to Gulf Shores sites as well as Alabama Point. Having a WalMart (both a small and full-sized) was helpful given this was our first condo experience and did not bring enough of the basic daily living supplies :) During morning & evening beach walks we found shells, saw sting rays, saw a dolphin pair not far off the shore, plenty of birds. If you are staying there a several days with plenty of beach time and want to save some money, recommend buying beach chairs at the full size WalMart as well as an umbrella (optional, but would save $ and sunburn over long hours on the beach). I'd rent this one again.
Items (very minor) that are worth mentioning: 2nd bedroom window let in quite a bit of light at night (this is all preference), so we just bought an over-sized beach towel to hang over the curtain rod. Doors to patio are tough to open, but that is because they are hurricane grade and sound proof (they are amazing). Deadbolt to door to unit was not working (but there is a security lock to use, so that covers it). Beds were a bit firm, but that is a preference thing as well. So nothing major at all but might be potential maintenance items. These would not block me from renting this one again :)

Overall experience with the condo was great! It had all the amenities we were looking for and it was well kept. We actually loved that it was on the 1st floor, turned out to be a benefit by avoiding frequent elevator trips. We could see a portion of the beach and the water just fine on the patio. The room was perfect. We have a 1 year old and we did not want to stay up high in the building. The room is on the main level but the balcony is one level up from the pool. It was a perfect location to off load your stuff from the car, no elevator, and high enough from the pool at night to not hear people. I will definitely be going back to room 110 again. Highly recommended!

The rental unit was as advertised. It was CLEAN! Which is a big factor for me. I was very happy with the unit and everyone was nice. I didn't have any maintenance issues. My only complaint was that the beds weren't comfortable but the unit being clean to my standards and no bed bugs made up for that. I was very happy with my stay and would recommend this unit for anyone.

The condo was nice, clean, and spacious. The only issues where problems with the toilet flushing in the master bathroom. (we had to use the plunger several times) and the blender in the kitchen did not work.

We had a great time on our vacation. Our weather wasn't the greatest but our accommodations allowed us the flexibility and location to still have fun. The Resort was disappointing in that the indoor pool was out-of-order and the outdoor pool was really COLD! We were able to use the next property's indoor pool, but it was very busy as it was the only one available for 2 large buildings. The grills were easy access by the pool. The Condo was clean and functional. The kitchen is not well stocked for cooking. (bring your favorite knives, cooking utensils and frying pans.) The guards at the entrance were very nice. A couple of the front desk ladies could use a better attitude, but a couple of them were wonderful. Tennis courts were decent. Racquetball court needs new equipment. The beach was easy access (wonderful!) and beautiful. The warnings for weather, current and surf was well displayed. Overall a nice experience. NO issues with the condo itself and they were gracious to let us in early. I would recommend this location. (We traveled as a family of 4.)
