Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. Stay in our beachfront premium unit at affordable prices!!!! There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, 2 new queen beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for occupancy up to 10.

There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.

Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, tile countertops, and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL 3BR, 2BR AND 1BR UNITS AT PHOENIX VI

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Our family enjoyed our stay at phoenix VI condo 1108. The condo was beautifully decorated with a beach theme throughout. Kitchen fully stocked with all your cooking needs. We had 6 adults and the unit accommodated us very well. Very spacious. Great view from the deck that had a nice table with 6 chairs. Beautiful sun rise and sunset views from the deck. Would definitely recommend this unit for a great stay in orange beach.

We loved everything about this room. There was plenty of space for everyone. I was very impressed with the full size fridge and the full size washer/dryer. Bathrooms were nice, kitchen was nice, and the beds were comfortable.

The condo was very nice and had a lot of perks. It housed excellent appliances and was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans.
The master bedroom provided an excellent view of the ocean. It was roomy and comfortable. It also had an entrance to the balcony area as did the living area. The balcony seating was wonderful. We all loved the furniture.
The other two bedrooms were very nice as well. Everyone loved the open concept entering the condo because we weren't crowded in a hallway to get in and maneuver luggage, etc.
We loved the beach area and this condo had an extra beach chair and umbrella to use. There were also lots of beach buckets, shovels etc...for the kids. The pool and hot tubs were another perk for our trip. One of the hot tubs was extremely hot so watch out for that one!
Everything was fairly clean. I'm sure it's hard to get up all of the sand. We swept the floors anyway. I also check under beds when I leave and found an empty water bottle under my bed(not mine). The kitchen trash can could be washed out as well but otherwise not horrible.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and we were located near lots of things to see and do during rain showers.
