As an older couple in our 70’s, we appreciate finding a one bedroom condo that is in excellent condition. We also like Phoenix properties because they have large open balconies. Thanks for offering this updated condo.

Overall it was a great rental, had everything we needed to cook, my only complaint is cleanliness, it could have been a little more cleaner. My wife and I or clean freaks so maybe it wasn’t that bad, but we would definitely stay at this one again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix 6 in Orange Beach! The facilities are well managed, clean, and beautiful! The condo was beautiful and very clean and well decorated. The balcony was larger than expected with very comfortable chairs. The air conditioning was super cold and it never got hot in the condo, which is a plus! The bed was extremely comfortable with a quality mattress. The kitchen was beautiful with granite countertops and a huge farmhouse sink. Everything is new and nice! The only problem was the password given to us for the wifi was not compatible and no one answered my texts or calls to get the correct password. We would definitely come back again and would refer a friend to stay. The lady at the desk was a sweetheart and very kind.

This was a great location. My family had a wonderful time staying at Orange Beach. The view to the beach was perfect. Staying on the fourth floor offered just enough height to avoid the pool area activity and keep those with height issues feeling safe! We had 4 people in our party including 2 adults and 2 children. We brought an air mattress as a backup which we did use on top of the sleeper sofa for the kids. We also brought a set of sheets and blankets as a backup which we utilized as well. The unit itself was kept up well excepting a couple of minor maintenance issues: One of the screen doors to the balcony was detached and leaning against the door on the balcony. And, we did use the washer and dryer and the washer made a squeaking noise as it ran. One of the accordion doors to the wash closet was completely off the track because the track was damaged. And lastly, the facility was clean except the floors. Upon walking barefooted just a bit my feet were black. The floors needed a serious scrubbing. These were generally maintenance issues that did not take away from the enjoyment of our vacation. This property is located in an area that makes it a wonderful beach experience. I was not a huge fan of beaches, but this place changed my opinion. The combination of the unit we stayed in and the location has me already thinking about our next visit!

We loved the updated condo. Close to any and every restaurant and grocery store you’d need. Left a couple of shirts in closet and owner quickly responded and is mailing them to us.

This place was perfect. The owner was great to work with and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We truly loved it here! It couldn't have been any better, the view was great, fully furnished with everything we needed, and it was very cozy. The only thing to change is the TV in the living room, we couldn't access the apps such as, YouTube, Facebook, and etc... with the remotes.

This vacation rental is a cute as they come! My husband was on a business trip and I came along so I could work with a beach view! There were only two of us so they place was perfect! Kitchen was adorable, nice and roomy, with everything you needed, and it had a beautiful view! Bed was comfortable too. Everything was great except for the weather (rained the whole time). We think that the humidity affected the floors as they seems to be wet. Some spots more than others. Not a big deal, we just wore our flip-flops. Highly recommended condo. Cute restaurants and grocery store nearby too!

Quite trio for my husband and myself. The condo was comfortable but the King bed was a little hard. Very clean. Very long walk to the beach for seniors. I didn’t like the oven. Used it the first morning and then didn’t use it again. No complaints about the condo itself. People above us were noise makers. The ocean was not good seaweed and lots of jellyfish.

Great experience - unit is lovely and view is beautiful. While the building is busy, it never feels overwhelming. Beach & pool area is awesome. Only suggestion would be to stagger unit check-out times to lessen elevator contention. Overall ...just awesome.

Took a leap of faith and booked this condo having never been to Orange Beach, never heard of Phoenix, etc. but couldn't be happier. The condo itself was perfect (and exactly as pictured/described) - cutely decorated in tasteful beach decor, well supplied with everything we could have needed for the week, gorgeous beach views that allowed me to see my kids on the patio if I was on the beach and vice versa. My family took advantage of several property amenities - the heated pool and hot tub, the fitness center and racquetball courts. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. One tip for newbies: understand this is a resort town and restaurants will have long waits. Plan accordingly (i.e. get inline online where you can, don't show up hungry and expecting to be seated shortly).

Beautifully updated condo. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, even a kettle! We liked having a full size washer and dryer. All the comforts of home.

Great spot, had pretty much everything you needed. Lacking in stars due to the kitchen didn't have an egg beater...we improvised...and the master bedroom mattress could be replaced. When you looked at it it was bowinh out on the ends. Other than that everything was great.

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix VI. The view was perfect from the balcony. The unit was just big enough for us. The kitchen was perfect size as well as the living
Room. The bathroom was a bit small but it worked. We used the sofa bed which wasn’t too bad for comfort. The closet door in the bedroom was not attached to the sliders all the way and needs to be fixed. This unit is on the fourth floor which was convenient to the elevators to access s the pool and the beach as well as the parking lot. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

We stayed at Phoenix VI for spring break with several of our local neighbors. We saw everyone’s room and this one was the best of all of them. Well maintained, nice appliances, and a very updated and comfortable feel.

We enjoyed it very much from the time we entered until our final closing of the door. It more than met our expectations it was very well decorated bed was comfortable Kitchen was well furnished we lived the Kurereg. It provided a well deserved getaway vacation with beautiful views of the gulf

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Very updated and clean condo that feels like being at home but with a beautiful view of the Gulf! We are definitely renting this condo every time we come to Orange Beach!

Unit was very nicely updated. Light and airy, modern but still had nice beach appeal.

My wife and I had wonderful time staying at this condo recently. It was a cozy , beautifully decorated condo with a lovely view of the ocean and pool. It was very clean. The only suggestion I would have is for a new mattress. We had a difficult time sleeping due to springs poking us.

We really enjoyed our time in this condo. The location is perfect for beach access. We stayed here with our 1 year old and it ended up being perfect. The room itself is beautiful just as described. Other things I loved: grocery store is just down the street, downtown Gulf Shores is only about 15 minutes away, and the beach wasn't too crowded. I would recommend taking a swiffer or broom. When we arrived, we noticed our daughter had black stuff all over her, so we ran out and bought a swiffer and cleaned the floors. We also noticed there wasn't a broom to help get all the sand out. But not deal breakers at all for us! Highly recommend!
