Fine except for the elevator 2 out 4 working

Checking into the condo was a little sticky but Vrbo was able to help me make this process go very smooth the condo is And overall great place to stay in the view from the balcony is amazing I would recommend staying here to anyone

Rental was clean, organized, and exactly like the photos. Check in and out was a breeze. My children loved the indoor pool. Elevators were a pain on popular check in/out days. Sometimes there was trash by the elevator, but overall the property was clean.

2 bed room , 2 bath condo. We go to the beach three times a year and have stayed at all of the Phoenix condos now. This was our first time at VI and the final Phoenix condo for us to check out.
Pros= beautiful location, easy check in, room was as pictured and it was easy booking.
Cons = couch needs to be replaced as it’s not comfy at all, we’d also recommend replacing the bed in the master- feels like you’re sleeping on the floor so we wouldn’t stay in this room again because of the bed.

Condo was cleaner than a lot of places I have stayed. There was sand in the bathroom rug and some socks from previous guests under the bed. Otherwise clean and well kept. The condo is spacious and quiet. The balcony furniture was nice and tons of beach toys in the outdoor closet. The mattress in the king bed isn’t comfortable and needs replaced. You can feel a dip in it when you sit. Thankfully it was at the foot of the bed so we still slept fine. The location is great! The facility as a whole was perfect for a family. Multiple elevators, and plenty of luggage carts.

Great property! Conveniently located to everything. Easy access to beach and lots to do for children. Well stocked and very clean! Will book this property again. Kudos to the owners for such a nice unit !

Furnishings are in need of updating and not up to par for price paid. Guest room comforter appeared to have blood stain.

We had a wonderful vacation. The Condo was right on the beach and the condo was in very good shape. The Condo had beautiful pools and hot tubs. The beach was well maintained and the walkway to the beach was new and very easy to use. I am already planning my next beach vacation to this condo.

This was a great beach condo. Very spacious and clean. The balcony overlooking the ocean was great. The location was super. The condo complex immaculate, the staff were helpful and polite. We enjoyed the Indoor and outdoor pools. Overall just a great vacation

We were over all very satisfied with the condo. The condo has been taken very well care of considering the age of things. We did notice some mold on the guest bath shower curtain. The couch in the living room needs replaced as when you sit you sink into the couch and are resting on the pull out bed underneath. The beds were ok, but definitely need replaced. We are sharing our thoughts to help improve the proberty. With that being said we would definitely come back and give an over all rating of a 4. Thank you for an awesome week.

Condo was nice,,but could use a few upgrades.. The couch was horrible! Definitely needs to be replaced ! It was clean.. kitchen well stocked ! Love Orange Beach !

Convenient location on the beach. property overall is in a convenient location and was well cared for. Couch needs to be replaced but rest of condo was very nice.Two bedrooms were great for storing clothes and luggage.

This was my family's first visit to Orange Beach, and we really did enjoy the stay! However, the condition of the condo was very disappointing.

Upon arriving we began to check everything over. There were several things that should have had more attention. Here's the list:

1. Both shower curtains were covered with mold and mildew. The manager, Clark, did however bring us new ones right away which was very much appreciated!
2. There was a deep coating of sand on the coffee table, kitchen table, and all floors throughout.
3. We literally had to clean each of the the closet floors with Clorox wipes before we felt comfortable putting our items in there. There was so much dirt, sand, and dust.
4. Underneath each of the living room chairs and tv stand, there was several pieces of opened candy, wrappers, and dirt.
5. Luckily there were 2 blankets that we covered the couch & tan reclining chair with. Both were disgustingly dirty. I sat on a wooden kitchen chair the entire week.
5. Wood bed frame on the double bed to the left was broke & laying up against the wall.
6. The couch is NOT as depicted in the picture. It was so broken down that we were sitting on the springs from the roll away bed. The cushions might as well not have even been there because after days, they were not comforting at all.
7. Socks were worn around the condo because the floor obviously hadn't been mopped in quite some time.
8. Washed the drawers out in the fridge before putting our food in there. There was also hair in the freezer on the ice cubes.

Clark, the manager, however was wonderful! We actually thought we may get our cleaning fee back like our friends did, however, that didn't happen. We definitely will go back, but I will never stay in this unit again. Very disappointed with the condition of the property when the cost to rent is not cheap!

We had a great stay in this condo. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed to stay in and cook if we wanted. It was clean and well maintained. Location along the beach was perfect and the complex has a lot of amenities. We were traveling with a grandparent and 2 kids and everyone enjoyed it here.

This was our first time visiting Orange Beach and we were not disappointed. The building had nice and clean amenities and despite visiting over the busy Memorial Day weekend we never had to wait long for an elevator. Other reviews mentioned a lack of parking but we always found a spot for our 2 vehicles and others were still available. My one complaint was the furniture. The couch was so caved in it was practically unusable. Also my room code spontaneously stopped working but Clark was very responsive and sent me a new code almost immediately. He also acknowledged my concern about the couch.
The beach was beautiful and clean. We will be back.

Nice condo. Had a bit of a musty smell and the patio furniture was uncomfortable. But overall nice facility.

The condo was updated and well kept. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable.

The property was great. The location and amenities were everything we wanted.

The location was awesome. The room was clean and had everything we would need to be able to cook our own meals. Overall it was a great vacation.

We were so pleased with our stay at condo 404. It was well equipped with all the dishes. Loved the washer dryer in the unit. Tv remotes could have had some instructions but we were very happy with our unit and the whole building. The sauna was out of commission which was a small bummer but we were able to use the gym. Love the deck with multiple hose to wash off sand. Cleaning staff was so friendly and helpful in the building when we asked questions. We will definitely stay here again. We come to the area every year for our girls trip and always enjoy Ike’s chairs on the beach. (The guys really always do an amazing job for them) Dinner at Tacky Jacks and our yearly trip to Talullah’s Treasures. Still love coming here every year!

Arrived on Sunday, everything was great. Left on Monday, Hurricane Sally was on her way in, arriving on Tuesday. the room and the front desk was great. Clean and very nice.

The rental process was so easy. We were not burdened with a lot of forms and procedures. The condo itself was nice and met our needs. We had no problems while we were there.

This condo is exactly what we were looking for! It's exactly as pictured, updated and clean. The check-in process was easy and you couldn't ask for a better view of the ocean/pool. We were really happy with the location too, we found that we were less than 5 minutes to a lot of good restaurants (our favorite was Wolf Bay, which is right across the street/in walking distance) and Flora-Bama. Overall we would definitely recommend!

The decor was perfect -- Comfortable and not overly decorated with 'beachy' touches. The location was great. I loved the keyless entry and luggage cart options using grocery-type carts. I disagree with the parking fee. The lot was almost empty everyday so there was no need to allocate spaces among guests since this was off season. Perhaps allow a parking space for each bedroom in a unit, then charge for additional guests. The door stop on entrance door was broken. Light bulb in the master bath shower and the front door were out. We would have replaced the bathroom light, if an extra was provided in the kitchen closet. There was a mildew odor on the kitchen countertops. Likely a cleaning cloth that wasn't fresh. Cleaning fee was reasonable, but I disagree with adding at the end of the booking a $35 admin fee. The type fee is a business cost (maybe) for the owner and since it is not defined what the customer is getting for $35 should be absorbed by the owner. The rent rate is ample for this unit. Tacking on an admin fee along with a parking fee seems arbitrarily like gouging.

The Phoenix VI has a great view, nice indoor pool with 3 hot tubs and a nice outdoor pool. The unit was clean and has an assortment of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The beds were comfortable. Our family had a great time.
It is in a good location close to restaurants and activities. Surf’s Up Dolphin Cruise offers a great adventure for families.

This condo is the perfect location , close to everything. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Really great condo for a quick trip! Not a ton of amenities but enough to keep us busy for a few days. Beds had sand in them in front bedroom. Had to wash sheets our first night there.

Unit was very clean, older property but well kept. parking lot flow isn't great.beds were not the most comfortable but were ok for our 4 day stay. Views from balcony were great. Unit is great for family of 4! I liked we could see dolphins from our room and boats from bay coming and going.
