Phoenix VI 411

Awesome, great place to stay

Phoenix VI was fine but the room could use a little TLC. Drip coffee machine didn't work but that was easily remedied by going to the lobby and getting coffee each day. Dishwasher didn't always clean dishes- we had to do some washing by hand. Two of the bead head boards were also broken. We were able to manage fine despite these inconveniences.

We spent our spring break at 6411 Phoenix VI property. We loved the location, view and unit size. We were disappointed in the overall condition of the unit. It was very dated, broken dishwasher, filthy drawer under stove where pans were kept, broken trim, drawers and cupboard trim and island trim missing as well as baseboard trim. One of the captains chairs at the dinning room table were wobbly. The entire unit was dusty and dirty. Theresa's mold in the toilets around the rings and in the shower.

Our unit was awesome.....I would like to suggest that the mattress be changed in the first bedroom to the left and its bed #1. You can look at the bed from the door and see the “sink” hole in the middle. Also, that Unit needs to be “throughly” dusted. The dust on the lamp shades and ceiling fans was very noticeable. Overall, we would definitely return and would try to stay in the same place.

IT COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER. THE MASTER BATHTUB HAD HAIR ALL OVER THE SHOWER CURTAIN AND TUB DID'T DRAIN WELL. WHEN WE ARRIVER THERE WAS WATER LEAK ALL OVER THE KITCHEN COUNTER FROM THE VENT ABOVE.

it was a great location for the beach.
Unit very nice and clean tho master bathroom quite small. We all enjoyed the layout and ease of access.
We did have to buy beach towels, salt, pepper and extra tp, bit kitchen worked well. Balcony provided many chairs and table.
I would recommend this property to anyone who needed a 3 BR unit.

To find a 3br, so well taken care of is rare!

The rental was very nice. The only reason I gave 3 star to the general condition was the pool and hot tub were closed at Phoenix VI. There was a note that said we could use Phoenix VII but their pool and hot tub were closed when we tried to use them as well.

Everything was great. Timely response and great property. We will be back.

Everything was clean and the location was perfect. Had no complaints. Traveled with my family and everyone was happy and comfortable! Would definitely stay at this condo again!

Phoenix 6411 was the perfect place for my family to get away for the first time in almost 2 1/2 years. We were able to open the sliding doors to the patio and listen to the ocean waves hitting the sand for six days.

We enjoyed our vacation. Spent time with our family and friends. We like to cook. Very disappointed with the furniture. The couch and loveseat was old and worn. Very lumpy and dirty. Could not use the hide a bed. In the kitchen there were no mixing bowls, the hand mixer had no beaters. Can opener had no beaters, half the pots and pans had no lids. There was a small leak under the bathroom sink. Cabinets were very dated.

We have stayed at several Phoenix condos . This is managed by Brett Robinson. We we won’t be back . The living room couches had springs popping up . They where so uncomfortable we couldn’t spend much time in the living room on a 2 week trip / we left due to a death . Everything was wrote with permanent marker 6411 on the dishes , towels , comforter. We aren’t use to paying 2500 plus and having numbers on EVERYTHING, in the master bedroom under the sheet it say in large letters don’t remove . The master bed comforter was scratchy and from the 1980s . The balcony wasn’t private. The toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall , fixed with mail putty and no paint . The shower curtains has mold and mildew on the liner . The air vents are dusty and the dust has entered into the ceiling . This place was very unclean . I read some other negative reviews but I thought the view was worth it . Very disappointed and will not ever be back !

Everything was very nice and pretty however it was in desperate need of new furniture. I chose it partly because it had plenty of seating with couch , loveseat, recliner and chair. The springs are literally bulging out of the couch and loveseat to the point we could not sit on them. The recliner headrest is pealing away .The bathtub faucets need replacing along with the drains. The drains do not work and the faucets are molded. It is decorated real cute but I think they need to have less decor and spend some money on the necessities. The rest of the place was great and maybe they are in the process of fixing these problems but for $2300 I was fairly disappointed in the comfort. The beds however were comfortable and plenty of room in the condo for everyone to have their own space. We have stayed at Phoenix VI three times and love the property but not sure I would rent this one again until some of these updates are complete. We had not run into this in the other condos we have rented at Phoenix VI

Our condo was exactly as described. Location was great and would recommend. We were there just prior to Hurricane Ida and the facility implemented safety steps with moving the patio furniture indoors. All staff members were very friendly and professional.

Our stay was nice. However, the smoke detector kept going off for no reason at all and when we contacted the front desk, they informed us that “that isn’t one of our properties, you will have to contact the owner.” Then on our check out date, we left the room at 9 (one hour before check out time) and realized that we left our daughter’s blanket in our room. Upon returning, we realized our door code had already changed and we were locked out. We went to the front desk and were told “this isn’t our property, you will have to contact the owner.” It was Sunday and the phones didn’t turn on until 12. Finally, I ran into a maintenance worker who knew the head maintenance guy who walked with me TO the front desk and informed the ladies to “check the “owner’s box”” at which point we located a key and were able to get in. The rental property contacted me later and apologized and were very kind.

The rental was clean and spacious. There were some very obvious wear and tear marks on the walls and doors which surprised me. Also, when it was raining one of the days the vent that is over the counter was leaking and the ceiling around that vent was very wet. The view was great and the beach was fabulous.

Perfect location, room wasn’t very clean, dishes had been put away dirty, couch & love seat was very uncomfortable. Also, found it odd you couldn’t smoke on the balcony of your room but people were allowed to drink & play loud music at the pool on-site.

Everything at your finger tips

I paid over $3,000 to stay at a condo with stains and hair all over the comforter. Was told they would wash it and bring it back the same day. The manager didn't bring it back till the next day. When we checked in fridge was dirty with hair in it as well. The sofa bed was horrible and the springs were hanging off. 2 days I was woken up by 7am to noise from drilling and work being done in the condo above us.

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed! The manager is very nice and answered all questions that I had before making my reservation! This was our second time staying in the Phoenix Rentals and I will definitely book again for our next trip to Orange Beach!

Great view from the fourth floor, clean condo, good location

The until was absolutely filthy! Walls throughout were dirty even appeared to be blood looking splattered on a lower kitchen cabinet. Hair in the freezer. Mold on the shower curtain. Blankets thrown on the floor in the master bedroom closet. Ceiling fan blades were filled with dust buildup. Kitchen & bathrooms are dated. Both showers stopped up after first use. Management did come out quickly to fix. Overall I would not suggest any other visitors until this unit is deep cleaned. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Very dissatisfied. Spent a lot of money renting this unit. A positive; the amenities of the Phoenix are great! The indoor pool was closed during a rain storm which I didn’t understand.

This unit is large and has a great view but it has some issues. The coffee maker is awful. Barely able to make a pot of coffee and always full of grounds. The unit had a Marguarita machine that was disgusting. It was full of black mold. Just a little attention to condition of kitchen appliances could make this unit much
Better. I would not recommend

We like staying in the Phoenix VI building The other guests are friendly and there is always something to do if you want to be busy. Building is kept very clean and also the pool area is well kept. Our unit we stayed in was fairly clean. They did some updates since we stayed here 2 years ago which was nice.There still could to more to update it like cleaning the area rugs or eliminating them. Kitchen supplies are bare minimum. A few items need repair. The manager of this unit for Phoenix Vacation Rental is very nice and helpful. We stayed here as we like the area and it is close to restaurants, church and recreation.I am thinking this is typical of rental units and we have stayed at others but we like the Phoenix Buildings and this Phoenix VI building.

Orange Beach is our favorite place of all. We enjoyed staying in this condo! Very nice. Loved the beachy décor! I would definitely stay in this one again.

Our family enjoyed our week in 411. The view was beautiful and the condo comfortable. We had easy access to the beach and ample elevators. We had a problem with the ice maker and had to provide our own ice the entire week. The management company was attentive, but their not being onsite is inconvenient. Also, the condo needs a mop. Otherwise, the stay was great!

We had an awesome time. First time to Orange Beach. Quiet. No traffic. Awesome places to eat. The pheonix is outstanding. The place is beautiful and 4 elevators with no wait. Lobby is so pretty. They keep hallways very clean and dry and pools very clean. It's an excellent place to stay. Our condo was very very clean and very pretty. Great washer and dryer. Overlooks pool and ocean which was exactly what I wanted.

Great experience, escaped the effects of Alberto and had a wonderful time. A special thanks to Charlotte Roberts that helped us with the booking and answering all our questions.

We had a good trip to Orange Beach. This condo was nice and spacious. It was a real PLUS to have a laundry room with an extra large washer and dryer (not your typical stack system). Also the decor was bright and cheerful.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly...from the beach just a few minutes away to the pools (indoor and outdoor) and grilling area to the central location to EVERYTHING...we actually had a group of 16 and we rented 2 separate condos...the pics were just as pictured. The only draw back to staying here is the parking of course that has nothing to do with the condo but more parking would be awesome!! The condo was very well maintained and very clean...would definitely come back and stay

We had a great time! We loved being right on the beach and enjoyed the view from the balcony. My kids loved the pools. We would stay here again.

The condo was in a perfect location. Lots of room for all of us with the master bed being extremely comfy!My only complaint is they need to update. The kitchen is from the 80s and all the wallpaper needs to go. When you first walk in, there are scratch marks on the walls and baseboards. Can you some touchups. The decorating was nice and a perfect location. We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo is very spacious and fit our family of 10 very comfortably.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo is nice, but the carpet in the bedrooms was stained and really needs to be replaced. The beds were comfortable and the view was great.

The room was good except floor. Our feet were black but not sure if it was ceramic tile or rugs. Had to wear our shoes. Teresa at check in desk was very unhelpful and rude. Will not stay here again. All faucets leaked.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well decorated condo! Very clean and comfortable with great view of the beach. Location was close to shopping and dining.
