Parking Info:
Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Came to get away from the cold and enjoy the beach. From the time we walked in, we instantly felt comfortable and at home. The owners have thought of everything-kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The coffee/wine bar is a nice touch! Loved that there were multiple outlets to recharge our phones and tablets. The view is incredible and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony every morning-we were even able to see some dolphins! We spent some time in the large indoor pool and relaxed in one of the hot tubs. So glad we chose to stay here, it was my first time staying in this condo, but definitely not my last. We will be back!!

Phoenix 913 is absolutely AMAZING! The condo is beautifully updated with accommodations that comfortably sleep 10. The views from all balconies are stunning, no matter which room you are looking from! There was a fully stocked kitchen, plus some! The most gorgeous coffee bar for that perfect morning caffeine rush! And plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable. We will definitely be back!! You are missing out if you don’t book this condo for your next vacation!!

We visited for a grown ups getaway with 2 other couples. The 3 bedroom layout worked out great. Plenty of space to hang out and share meals. Everything is newer, well kept and comfortable. We even had room to all enjoy the balcony together. The complex is clean and recently had its own updates. The area itself has anything you need. Family friendly activities and restaurants as well as night life for the parents to get an escape. Side note : we have stayed in other condo with these owners as well. They clearly want it to feel like home.

we had a wonderful stay. I believe I dealt with Jil and she was amazing! She was right on it when I asked if we could have a day early. The washer was messing up. I emailed her and the next day there was a new one delivered. An she allowed us to go wash clothes in a vacant room on the same floor. Even gave me her cell so I could contact her at any time day or night. Every worker there was over the top helpful and nice. very safe environment as well. I highly recommend Phoenix VI.The view for this room is also amazing!
This 3 bedroom condo was everything you could desire in Orange Beach. The unit was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen has new appliances and is well supplied. The washer and dryer are new and easy to use in a separate laundry area.
