Come relax in this newly renovated Phoenix VII 2br Beachfront Beauty! This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and new cabinetry in the kitchen. There is a king bed in the master, two full sized beds in the Guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 8.
Phoenix VII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VII. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. FREE EV charging stations!

Parking: Underground parking spot G28 is free with your stay. If you need another pass it must be purchased at the front desk, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Very nice condo - if you are looking for an gulf view you would need to move to a higher floor - but the trade off is convenience - walk directly to the beach and pool - Great parking. Condo was clean and comfortable!

The condo was great! Location was nice, not in the middle of everything but still close enough. The covered parking with this unit was superb, very close to the entrance and NO elevators to take to the unit. You do lose the balcony view but for me who is a huge beach fan, didn’t bother me. From your bottom floor patio, you are just a few steps from the pool (couldn’t really people at the pool either with doors closed). The beach was an easy walk as well and was not packed, which was nice! We picked the perfect time right when school was starting for most which made for less traffic!
The unit itself was big enough for me and my 3 daughters. It was clean with plenty of linens and all the things you’d need in the kitchen. No salt or pepper so remember to pack that! Only had a regular coffee pot, no KCup coffee pot. We had plenty of room. Looking forward to going back with my husband and kids again next year! Highly recommend this unit if you’re like me and don’t love the beach but want to make your family happy!

Enjoyable patio with grassy back yard and lovely palm trees. A gate near the pool, grills, pavilion & walkway to the beach. Underground parking spot was exceptionally convenient for unloading/loading, also nice to keep car out of the extreme weather. Unit was modern, clean and well equipped. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The entire property is well cared for.

The ground floor condo close to the pool was the perfect location for our family going to the beach and pool, and we loved not having to use elevators. The parking spot was also very close and convenient. The condo was very clean and spacious. We loved the keyless entry and the amenities, including the pools, shuffleboard, and racquetball.
