The condo was as described. It was plenty of space for all guests. GREAT views!

thoroughly enjoyed are stay and would stay here again . are only complaint was it was dirty and garbage disposal was backed up. overall is was nice furniture was good beds were comfortable. excellent views , lobby was inviting everyone friendly.

Location was good. Beds comfortable. Sliding door to balcony was broke and had to use the bedroom door. balcony furniture was old and damaged.

We enjoy the Phoenix properties. The pools, access to the beach, beach chair services, location are all reasons to stay at a Phoenix property. Our group included 3 teenage boys and 3 adults. The boys loved being able to play basketball on the courts dedicated to the property when we had down time.

The unit itself was a ok standard unit and large enough to accommodate us. It could use a refresh and a deep cleaning. The patio lounge furniture is worn out and not useful, the slider kept getting hung up when trying to open it, the inside decor is dated but ok. The cleanliness of the unit was not up to my standards and we spent some time cleaning before getting comfortable and we did not have linens for the sleeper sofa for my nephew. I will say when reported to the management company, they were very responsive to my feedback and took actions to resolve immediately.

Overall, we enjoy the Phoenix properties and will stay with them again, although in a different unit.

The rental was very roomy and clean. Great location. Check in and check out process was simple. Parking was not an issue. Would stay again.

The condo is right on the water and the amenities are just as pictured. if you are staying in Orange Beach you won't find a better place! The only negative was there was no stocking of the condo. We didn't have any toilet paper, soap, sponges, dish soap, or laundry supplies. They required us to run the dishwasher but didn't provide us with anything to make that happen with. We were exhausted from traveling and had to go to the store to stock things up. Overall would recommend!

Three of us enjoyed 7 nights in this 3 BR, 2 BA Orange Beach condo. The location was great, sitting on the terrace having coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening overlooking the beach, it was heaven. The condo is very spacious, nice size rooms and well furnished. The unit we were in could use some TLC but overall no major complaints. I would stay at Phoenix Properties again if I return.

This was our first time and we enjoyed Phoenix vii but do not stay in unit 1003! There is a cockroach problem!! Even after pest control sprayed twice, we still saw them at the end of the week! Not a fun part of the trip! It does need some updating also. We would stay ag this complex again but never this unit!!

This property is spacious, The beds were comfortable but not clean at all. Shower curtains are gross. mildew around air vents and the furniture and underneath furuniture are super dirty. Cabinets with cooking stuff in it are dirty and the mirrors on the walls were so bad. Ice maker didn't work and dryer blew lint out everywhere when it was running. The deck is not as large as the picture indicates and there is too much furniture out there for the space. But then again so many people smoking weed it stunk to stay out on balcony. Hated the parking arrangements. Too far for old people to walk under the garage and had to pay $55.00 for extra parking space. Paid way to much compared to what my sister and brother paid and there condos were fabulous.

The unit had an excellent view and location right on the beach. The balcony was spacious and was an excellent place to eat meals and just sit back and relax. The furnishings and decor need a complete refresh. The actual unit could also use a deep clean. The inerior of the drawers in the master dresser were very filthy, and several of the provided pots and, and silverware and cooking utensils, were put away dirty by previous occupants. And the cushions on the balcony furnitire were very worn and dirty - they should be replaced. But other than that - our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely love this rental. Had everything that we needed and the owners were very responsive to any needs questions we had. We will be making this trip the next three years and will try and book this unit again

Very comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom condo met all of our expectations and more! WiFi great for 5 adults and 3 teens! Well stocked kitchen. Patio furniture could use a little update. Our host Clark was awesome! He even checked in with us after our 1st night! Great service!

We made the best of our stay, but won’t stay at this location again. Floors were very dirty upon arrival, closets were filled with owners items and was hard for half of our guests to store or hang up items. One closet had two queen foam Mattress tops in them. Also, balcony furniture was rusting away, with rusted metal all over ground every time you sat in chairs. Microwave worked intermittently. Kitchen had ample amount of dishes, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Had adequate linens and towels. I will say that the property manager was amazing and very helpful.
Pool was nice as well as the beach access. We were able to purchase 3 parking passes, one in basement and 2 in the parking lot.

Great stay!

We had our family plus a few friends. Everyone had a great time.
