Be one of the first to enjoy this beautiful renovated in 2015 and again in 2018 3 BR condo at Phoenix VII. Phoenix VII is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or master bedroom balcony. With over 1,500 sq ft the unit is very spacious.
Upon entering this condo you will realize why it is unique from any other 3br at Phoenix VII. Spacious floor plan with incredible 10'ft. tray ceilings!! The views are amazing from this 1st floor condo located just above the pool deck. A great condo to take in the great beach views and also keep an eye on the kids at the pool! Also, there is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, a new full over full bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room. There is a 50'' HDTV in living room, a 50' in the master bedroom and 40'' HDTVs in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have installed all new beds, living room furniture, granite countertops and custom cabinetry!!!!
There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Biggest complaint was in the kitchen - it was very poorly stocked. Only one 1/2 cup measuring cup, all mismatched flatware, cups, plates. Cookware was a joke. Everything was clearly just leftovers with no real thought to making it a kitchen you can actually cook in.

Beautiful condo and very spacious. We really enjoyed our week stay. Only negative, no privacy from neighbors on balcony. Outside garbage cans were overflowing and needed to be changed more frequently. Pool decks need to be cleaned at night from all towels.

We enjoyed the first floor unit with no hassling with the elevators. The layout was spacious and the tall ceilings added a lot to the unit. Keyless (code) entry was also appreciated. Phoenix have great pools and easy beach access. The main road is very busy but we did venture out for a bike ride to ice cream and morning runs over the bridge.

My family of 4 loved this condo. It is very spacious, and the first floor location is convenient with small children. I love that the décor is updated, the furniture is comfortable, and the size of the balcony is great! We had everything that we needed in this condo. Also, the management office was always helpful and responded quickly. We are already considering coming back to this condo with more members of our family. Due to the amount of space that is provided, there would plenty of room for more people. We were lucky to have chosen such a great place to stay for our vacation.
Note to families with small children: The Surf Style in Orange Beach has a free splash pad in front of their store. Definitely check it out!

My family of five felt as if we'd hit the jackpot with our vacation rental on the first floor of the Phoenix 7. We had easy access to all of the building ammenities, as well as the parking lot and of course the beach. My adult children enjoyed raquetball, tennis and swimming in the indoor pool. Our property was the perfect size for us and beautiful. Our only complaint being low water pressure for showering (I'd guess a building problem in general.) We will almost certainly be returning for a vacation in the future.

This was a fabulous condo for us: spacious for our family of five (3 kids), in a perfect location, and well kept. The condo was clean and had great features. the only two real complaints with this unit, there is not much of a view from the ground floor and the ceiling fans (all of them) make a horrible noise that prevents sleeping with them on. pretty much everything else is fine with this property. the ground floor entrance is really convenient, especially since it negates using the very busy elevators. pool and beach are great as is the location with respect to restaurants and stores.

The Condo was excellent! The room had a clean,fresh smell. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room has easy access to the beach. We had a very relaxing stay. It's nice to get a break from the ER and this location is just the place.

Condo was very clean and updated. The 1st floor location was easily accessible to the beach and parking lot. Good view. Kitchen was nice, and the master was spacious.
