Phoenix VII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
This 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.
Come relax on the 15th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
Our condo is located on the Top floor. Send me an email and ask about the many discounts. In general this unit will be priced less than the on site management company.

Gorgeous ocean view from balcony, with direct access to the beach, and a fully equip kitchen. The place was so clean and comfortable. I would recommend everyone to get the opportunity to stay here. We will definitely be coming back!
Great condo! We enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the bed slept comfortably and the view was beautiful! Check-in was simple. We hope to visit again!
