Phoenix VII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
This 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, wally ball, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court , beach volleyball and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.
Come relax on the 3rd floor private oversized balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has been upgraded to included granite countertops and custom cabinets. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
Our condo is located on the third floor, and not a far walk from the elevators. Send me an email and ask about the many discounts. In general this unit will be priced less than the on site management company.
SNOWBIRDS WELCOME
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

The condo was just as described, the patio was huge and we all enjoyed starting and ending our days sitting out there. The kitchen was well equipped. The pools are not heated so they were a cold during our stay, but the kids didn’t mind swimming in the indoor one since the room was warm. The hot tubs were great. The beach was the beautiful white sand beach you would expect on the gulf and chair rental service was excellent. Great location, close to everything. We would definitely stay here again if in Orange beach!

We were repeat guests, so can't say enough good about this condo. Beachy decor welcomes you, it has everything one needs to prepare meals, close to many restaurants, wonderful large indoor pool with 3 hot tubs outdoor pool, fitness center, ball court, etc. Only issue was the property management company changed the door key code earlier than check out time, and we couldn't get back in to remove our items without a bit of a phone call fuss.

The management company was great to deal with, the on-site management was also very helpful and professional. We found the grounds were well kept and the lobby was quite clean given the Covid-19 conditions, which was important to us.
I was somewhat surprised that some neighbors around this unit were allowed to smoke on their balconies, but it was never a problem for us - just a bit surprising given the rules supposedly in place and the large number of kids in the entire area.
The beach was great, chair rental was BUSY but we always could get a couple. We really enjoyed the area, the restaurants and shopping - which my wife wore out!!
Can't wait to go back after things get back to normal following Sally.

This condo is very nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.But if you are looking for any kind of peach and quiet this place in August is not for you. It is very close to the pool and we had people in it yelling and playing loud music at 8:00 am until 10:00 pm. Also beach and pool were very crowded. If you don't mind a lot of people, this is a very nice place.

I spent 4 nights with a girlfriend at this condo in May 2018 and we had a great time. The condo is in a great location overlooking the pool and has a huge balcony if you want to spend time lounging in the room. The only downside, which is no fault of the owner, is the hallway light shines directly into the bedroom. I sleep with a nightshade anyway but my friend wished she had one too.

This is a great little condo with a large balcony. It was clean and had great décor. The owners are very helpful and responsive. I would recommend this condo for a couple, or for a small family. I all ways love the Phoenix VII. It is located close to the pass and the walk is short to the beach. The kids love the indoor pool.

The condo was great. Nice view, good space, very nice complex. One concern to be aware of is that this is on a VERY busy 4 lane highway with few lights and crosswalks. It is not a good place to walk or bike, unless you can do it from the beach side.

This was a wonderful location to spend a few much needed days away. The condo was beautiful and much more than I expected. I will consider a Phoenix cono again. Also I will definitely tell my friends and family about such a beautiful place. Thanks for a great stay.
