Phoenix VII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
This 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, wally ball, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court , beach volleyball and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.
Come relax on the 5th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a queen sofa sleeper. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and custom cabinets. The living room has a 50” Smart TV and the bedroom has a 32” Smart TV. It also has a full size washer and dryer. This condo is 800 sq ft, with tile floors throughout, and located near the elevators on the fifth floor. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

This is a non-smoking unit and no pets allowed.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Wish weather had been nicer but that’s out of our control. Unit was ok. Couldn’t get ice maker to work and had to buy ice. Went out and bought pizza pan cause unit did not have one either. Didn’t do a lot of cooking so wasn’t that big of a deal. Recliner in living room was broken down... not the worse rental but definitely not at the top of my list for future bookings at this unit.

Mold was on the vents. Bed, pillows need to be replaced. Pool and beach was nice. Many areas in the condo need to updated/fixed.

Phoenix Rentals are not on the property. The company that manages the building & has employees on the property is Brett-Robinson. My TV didn’t work & people were smoking next door & this lady from Brett-Robinson came up & helped me. I left something in the room after checkout & came right back & nobody could help me get in. Called Phoenix Rental & no answer. I would never rent again from them.

We had a great time! Room was beautiful. Highly recommended. We do wish the outdoor pool was heated atleast in non peak months. Being from Michigan and cooped up for winter, our kids just wanted to be at the indoor pool (not in the sunshine lol) But that's just being nit picky. Our stay was great, beach was beautiful! We will definitely be back! Truly a hidden gem!

We were disappointed with the room. Knob missing from cabinet, closet doors were broken just sitting in closet, water stood against doors rather than draining off patio.

We loved our room and the amenities at Phoenix 7! The pool was great!! The only complaint we have is the front desk staff. Each time we interacted with them, the ladies were very rude.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The refrigerator was leaking water inside. It ruined the entire top shelf of our food. The air vents had obvious mold in them. When we discovered this and reached out via email, we never got a response. We ended up leaving early due to myself and one of my young children being sick due to the mold covered vent in the bedroom blowing in our faces while we slept. We will never stay at Phoenix 7 again! The poor condition of the room was beyond ridiculous and lack of response made it even worse!

Great time with sandy beaches and great facility!
Great location. Clean and maintained. King size bed slept amazing. Fast internet. Condo had everything we needed. Gorgeous view. Pools were excellent. Elevators were pretty fast, only had to wait a few mins during checkin and checkout times but that is understandable and expected.. and even then it wasn’t a long wait. Had several good restaurants close to us. Daisy donuts and shrimp basket are pretty great. Host was very responsive with any questions we had. Will definitely refer to friends and book again.
