Phoenix VII is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the 5th floor living room or master bedroom balcony. With over 1,100 sq ft the unit is very spacious.
The views are amazing from this 5th floor condo whether your lounging on the couch or enjoying your favorite beverage on the balcony. Also, there is a King bed in the master bedroom, two Queen sized beds and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room for sleeping up to 8. There is a 60'' HDTV in living room, a 50' in the master bedroom and a 40'' HDTV in the 2nd bedroom.
There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.
We do have other units at Phoenix 7 should you need more space.
Parking: One parking spot is free with your rental. If you need an additional spot you will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $40, 2-10 nights is $65, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $160, 62+ nights is $210. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. The outside property was a mess with the construction. Disappointed that I was never given a map of the place so I could better plan how to keep my husband from having to walk so much. The front desk people were very nice.

Had a couple hickups getting checked in but was worked out quickly. Had a great stay at Phoenix VII 510.
We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix VII and couldn't have been more impressed. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. It was clear that the property management team takes exceptional pride in caring for both the unit and the building, as the grounds were equally well maintained.
The location was excellent, and the views from the condo were absolutely spectacular. We truly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to stay again. We would highly recommend this unit to other families looking for a relaxing, well-appointed beachfront getaway.
