Phoenix VII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
This 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.
Come relax on the 6th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 4. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

The room was very nice and clean was a great stay! We had a great time.
The unit itself was slightly outdated (specifically the living room furniture) and we had one minor maintenance issue (fridge) that was immediately addressed. Overall, the unit was clean, cozy & functional!
We've frequented several Phoenix properties & this was the first time the basics weren't provided. (Ex. 1/2 roll of toilet paper & no dish soap) We didn't expect a surplus but would've appreciated a foundation.
The bank of elevators (4) had maintenance issues throughout our stay, leading to some delays/irritations but the remainder of the facility was very well maintained.
Our contact (Brandy) was attentive and friendly, we look forward to working with her again in the future!
