Phoenix VIII is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf from the living room or master bedroom balcony. With over1,500 sq ft, this unit is very spacious.
The views are amazing from this 4th floor condo whether your lounging on the couch or enjoying your favorite beverage on the balcony. Also, there is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 full beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room. There is a 50'' Smart TV in living room, a 50” Smart TV in the master bedroom and 43'' Smart TVs in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry!!!! All floors are porcelain tile and laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer.
There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.
Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!
Free Wireless internet.
This is a non-smoking unit and no pets allowed
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VIII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

The condo was overall okay. The location was decent and the staff was friendly. We loved the view and the large balcony was awesome. The kitchen light did not work and the floor was dirty. My daughter crawls and her knees and hands were disgusting after our first 5 minutes there. The dishwasher also smelled but that was fixed after we ram it a few times. Extra seating outside would be nice. We prefer to be in Gulf Shores but if someone wants Orange beach, this is a decent place.

The building is a bit smaller than other Phoenix properties but that was as advantage for us as there were fewer people around. Beach was not crowded. Great place and great experience.

We chose this particular unit because the info on it was that it had been completely redone in 2019. The washing machine and dryer were new looking but not much else. Televisions were rather small screen, a bare minimum of cooking utensils, the door stop at the entrance was about to fall out of the slot. This was reported to the management company but was not fixed during the time of our rental. The windows that are off the kitchen and den that face the gulf were so caked over that the view was definately hampered. I tried to clean them off myself but to no avail. The bed lenins need updating so they don't have a stale smell. Phoenix viii is a good location and the desk help is friendly. We will use the management company again for a rental but not this unit.

We loved the condo. It was very roomy and worked great for our family. Our only problems were the bifold doors that were off track. Not a big enough deal to call while we were there. The tub in the master bathroom took forever to drain. My biggest issue was the dirty dishes, chocolate pretzel behind the night stand, dirty makeup removal cloth and the floors could have been cleaner. Nothing bad about the unit just the cleaning service.

Good Experience! A little disappointed because I thought the master bedroom was facing the ocean and that was not the case. The kitchen was one of the best stocked of a rental condo we have been in. The complex itself was also very clean.

We had a pretty large group and we all stayed very comfortably. The condo was very spacious, each bedroom was a very nice size. I believe the listing states that the third bedroom has twin beds, but I believe that they are full size beds. All of the beds were comfy. The balcony was wonderful! Our kids really enjoyed eating their breakfast out there each morning, while watching the dolphins swim. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. All in all I would give this unit 5 stars and recommend it to any and everyone. My family and I would definitely stay again!

Was able to get this condo last minute, as we were forced to make alternate plans due to Hurricane Matthew in Cocoa Beach, FL. Nice Condo in a great location. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, easy parking, on the beach, lots of restaurants, informative front desk, good communication with rental company. Was a good week. My only complaint, it would be nice if an extra roll of TP was left in each bathroom and at least one extra trash bag left in the kitchen trash can. Very easy, uncomplicated, rental process. The keypad lock was great.

This is our fourth year coming to Orange Beach. We really enjoy the area. This year was equally great! The place was exactly what we wanted. Plenty of room and great access to everything the area has to enjoy. We usually bring extras of everything because you don't always know what you are going to have available but this place was nicely equipped. Come down relax and enjoy the beach!
