Our condo is perfectly situated on the 10th floor directly overlooking the pools and lazy river. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. For larger groups we also have a 4br unit on this floor if you would like to stay close to each other!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 55” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 50" HDTV in the master and a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd. Br has 2 Queen beds. We also have plenty of seating on the balcony with a table and 4 chairs, two love seats and an extra chair!!!
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts. We also have the 4br unit 1009 on this floor for families needing two condos on the same floor!
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $52 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Convenient location to the elevator, Nice furnishings, master bedroom bed was comfortable, but beds in the second and third bedroom were too soft. Others have complained about the dirty floor, but I think that’s to be expected at a beach property; we just wore shoes. My issue was with the kitchen. The buttons on the stove were turned on a few times when people leaned against them and all of a sudden the burner is bright red. The pots and pans were cheap, very thin, and trying to heat up a stew on low burned on the bottom before it was even warm. The picture showed a standard coffee maker, also listed, so we brought filters and ground coffee. The only coffee maker was a Keurig and we had nothing to put in that. My brother in another unit had three in his, so we just borrowed one. Had he not been there I would’ve been quite upset not being able to make coffee without having to buy K cups. Yes, I would stay here again, knowing what I would need before I got there. We all enjoyed our vacation very much!

Beautiful condo, plenty of room for our family. Beautiful view and everything you needed in the kitchen to cook a Christmas dinner for children and grandchildren. The only thing I would change is the furniture. This place needs some comfortable chairs, recliners, and new televisions. Yes, I realize I am at the beach but when you are in the room it is nice to relax and nice to be able to be in a comfortable chair/sofa.

Great property. Very spacious and nice. My kids loved the lazy river and the slide. Would definitely stay here again. Only negatives were poor internet service (but there is a # to call which we dialed several times) and floors could use a deep clean (feet were black from walking barefoot).

We enjoyed the stay. The property was beautiful loved the beach and to pool area including lazy river. The condo was decorated well. The only issue was that I think it could have been cleaned better! There was sand on floors and in tub with some water left in tub and there was some trash on floor behind door in guest bedroom

This unit was plenty big enough for the three families. We’ve stayed at Phoenix West two other times. This was the first time we stayed during peak seasons. The elevators wait pleasantly surprised us. Wasn’t bad at all.

We wanted a great place to celebrate mother’s day with our 3 Sons, daughter-in-laws and baby grandson. This place was beautiful and oh so perfect! The condo was beautiful decorated, very spacious. The beds were very comfortable.
Best of all, the patio and view was breathtaking!. The amenities were amazing! We enjoyed the lazy river pool, slide, indoor pool and jacuzzi. The beaches are perfect! We enjoyed the near by park and renting mopeds in Gulf Shores. We will come back here!

This condo was very nice! It was so spacious and had everything we needed. We received an email in the beginning of our stay to check and make sure we were doing okay. We wish there were a few more items in the pantry, but we understand it is hard to keep it stocked (there was no spices, cooking oil spray, etc.). We appreciated the appliances that were available; loved having a coffee maker and a Keurig. Overall our stay was very good! We love Phoenix West and this condo. Great place for a family trip! Highly recommend Ruby Slipper Cafe, Big Fish, Moe's BBQ, Buzzcatz Coffee and Sweets, Another Broken Egg Cafe, Brick and Spoon and The Southern Grind for restaurants. Looking forward to coming back to Orange Beach and Phoneix West! We would rent this condo again!! Thank you!

Had a great stay. Unit was comfortable and spacious. Views were to die for and dolphins swam right in front of us almost every morning which was a real treat. The complex was so fun with the lazy river and water slide. The beach was very clean and super simple to walk down to so coming up for extra snacks, drinks, sand toys was no big deal at all.
