We will have completely renovated the condo in January 2020!!! Our condo is perfectly situated on the 11th floor directly overlooking the pools and lazy river. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. We are also located in the 2 stack of the building which allows us to have a private balcony... no one can see in unlike the rest of the 3br units. For larger groups we also have another 3br unit on this floor if you would like to stay close to each other!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 50" HDTV in the master and a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd. Br has 2 Queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 10. We also have plenty of seating on the balcony with a table and 4 chairs and a chaise lounger.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts. We also have the 3br unit 1107 on this floor for families needing two condos on the same floor!
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $52 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

We were very pleased staying here for our Summer vacation. We take yearly trips to different locations and this was by far the nicest place we’ve stayed. I take my kids and grandkids and they all enjoyed the lazy river and slide. It was a bit crowded because we went in mid June but over all, very kid friendly.

Condo and amenities were really nice! During really busy times (check in and check out), only having 4 elevators for that large of a complex was at times problematic. As far as the condo itself the only thing I would suggest changing would be the beds (none of them were comfortable).

Great unit, very well furnished. But house keeping at Phoenix West is not the best. We moved a rug by the sliding doors because several of us almost fell when we stepped on it. It was full of sand and all under the rug. Sand was found against the walls a lot and the floors were filthy. Your feet would be filthy in just a few minutes. This needs to be addressed!!

We had a great time the entire week. The New Check in Process ( One Week Old) was a bit frustrating and time consuming. The Property was clean and in good shape.
