Our condo is perfectly situated on the 11th floor directly overlooking the pools and lazy river. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. For larger groups we also have two other 3br units on this floor if you would like to stay close to each other!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 55” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 50" HDTV in the master and a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds and the 3rd. Br has a Queen bed with a twin fold out chair, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 11. We also have plenty of seating on the balcony with a table and 6 chairs and a chaise lounger.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts. We also have the 3br unit 1102 on this floor for families needing more condos on the same floor!
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $52 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

This condo is perfect in so many aspects. The unit is so spacious, accommodating my large family and myself, and so clean that we found ourselves being comfortable rather quickly! And of course, the view was absolutely wonderful.
The only gripe we had (which is no fault of the owners of this condo!) was that the outside and inside pools were so cold that none of the kids could enjoy them - this was pretty disappointing because it was one of the main attractions to renting this particular condo.
Otherwise, it was a perfect place on the beach to stay and we highly recommend it.

It was spectacular!!! The view was gorgeous and just relaxing on the patio/balcony first thing in the morning with my coffee was bliss. Phoenix West and ALL of Orange Beach was tremendously understaffed... everywhere. From the parking pass line at Phoenix West, any restaurant you went to, even Walmart where we waited to check out for over an hour. TIP: Go to Dollar General across from Phoenix West. Everything was very crowded and tons of little children and babies. There aren't enough elevators in the building. We waited up to 15 minutes for an elevator once, about 4 minutes on average. 9o% of the time this did not bother us and we just dealt with it. We had a wonderful time.

The condo was just as the pictures showed -a beautiful, refreshing atmosphere. The condo kitchen was exceptionally clean! Loved cooking in it while I looked out at the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Having the lazy River as an alternative to the beach every day was a game changer.

Beautiful condo! Clean, view was perfect! Grand kids loved the lazy river!! We would definitely stay again!!!
Condo was fabulous. Amenities were great. However chair/umbrella rental issue needs to be addressed. This is first place I’ve ever kstayed where people not renting chairs/umbrellas were allowed to set up in front of rentals. Groups of people would set up blocking access and views. The remedy seems simple. Don’t allow this to happen. Must set up behind rentals
