Phoenix West 1401

We rented a 4 bed/bath condo and had to pay extra for 3 passes and couldn’t get a 4th pass. We had 4 families which meant 4 cars. There were lots of parking spaces available but since we rented through Phoenix LLC (which is an individual not the building owner) and not Brett Robinson they would not allow us a 4th parking pass. Also, never had to pay for parking passes when we paid so much to rent the place. Should have been issued at least 2 with the rental. We called and left a
Voicemail but never heard back. Also, very limited amenities in the rental. Other than that, It was a nice place with plenty of room. (Still mold on one of the shower curtains. I noticed that in an earlier review but thought it would have been taken care of.)

With 9 people including 2 kids, finding a place that gave everyone a full bathroom is almost impossible! Every room has a FULL bath in this condo and it was the perfect place for our large family!

Sewer gas smell was terrible, for a few hours.

It was just perfect. The rental was amazing. The beach access, pools, exercise room, lazy river were clean and fun.

This was a family gathering that had excellence space and amenities. Loved the views from the balcony. Lots of space inside for our family. The Lazy River and slide a big Hit!

Beautiful rental and great facility. View is stunning. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our gang. All in great condition.
Facility gym, pickleball, pools and lazy river a blast.
Just a few complaints: No cord for DVD/TV (Yes, we still use them!)
Kitchen needs new set of sharp knives.
Mix up at beginning but once I got hold of Charlotte the owner she was very helpful.
I will definitely recommend this rental to friends and family.

Beautiful condo! Wonderful ocean views from the large patio! Condo was clean and comfortable! 4 large bedrooms each with its own bath worked out very well for our extended family get together!

The condo was so nice and roomy. The glass door to the patio was easy to slide, some condos aren’t. Loved the kitchen and pantry was so spacious. Beds were comfortable and everything from check/in to access to elevator and carts were so convenient. The only issues were there was only one recliner and there was supposed to be two, and the air conditioning was not working correctly in the master bedroom & bathroom. My fault I should have contacted someone the first day but never took the time to do it because I was having so much fun!

We loved the condo completely. Plenty of room, loved the big windows to see the ocean and down the beach. Check-in was easy as could be. Just had to pick up the prepaid parking passes. Plenty of gro carts & luggage carts to carry everything up to our condo. Condo 1401 needs a few repairs (nothing that really hurt our stay). Dishwasher rack was broken on 1 side made top rack hard to load. Refrig had a shelf that was unstable, so drawer was hard to use. One shower curtain had some mold/needs replacement. But the facilities were GREAT - will go there again, Loved everything.

We stayed for 3 nights and my family and myself love phoenix west bc of the lazy river, location, etc but this condo could def use some work. We arent picky but for the price we paid i feel like the condo could def use some work. The condo was spacious for sure but so many things werent usable. One of the showers were leaking and the maintenance guy on the property said we couldnt use it bc it was leaking below, the switch on the lamp in another room wouldnt turn off, there was sand in the sheets, the tv in one of the rooms didnt work, the towels had hair in them and some of the outlets didnt work. Overall, we loved orange beach but the condo was kind of a let down. I emailed the owners with the link provided in the email but never got a reply.. i dont think id rent this condo again until i knew things were fixed.

This VRBO exceeding all expectations...I could have spent hours just sitting on the patio/balcony...I highly recommend this unit

We stayed for 8 nights with our family of four and another family of four. Property is great for 2 families to have everything they need. Gorgeous views, great space and good amenities on the property. Our only complaints were- condo was not too clean when we arrived. Considering checkout is at 10 and check in is at 4:30, you would expect that’s plenty of time to have everything nice and clean. After walking barefoot in the unit when wee arrived, everyones feet were black. This unit has a lot of work that needs to be done where maintenance issues have been worked on in the past- ceiling patches falling apart, mold in showers, furniture falling apart, etc. Lastly, waiting on elevators will drive you insane! During peak times, expect to wait 20-30 minutes.

We had a great time in Orange Beach and our condo was spacious, had amazing views, and an oversized balcony. The only problem we had was that one of the bathrooms was overlooked by the cleaning crew and we had to go to the store immediately after checking in to buy cleaning supplies. We actually enjoyed every restaurant we tried, but our favorites were Cobalt and Wolf Bay. The lazy river at Phoenix was a hit with our grandchildren and the beach was not crowded in early May. We would definitely return to this location!

Condo is in a great location. Really great pool that my 5 year old son loved. Condo had lots of room and great for a big family. A few things could be improved...one of twin beds had stains on sheets, ceiling tiles were failing in hall.

We loved the space in the condo and the amazing views. This property also has covered garage parking, which is not offered at similar properties. The location was central to everything.

Everything was in great working order with our unit at Phoenix West. The cleaning crew could have done a better job at being thourough and paying attention to the little details. The indoor pool was not heated and some of the amenities were closed due to Covid, but that was/is state law.
