Phoenix West 1406

Condo was great. Clean and ample space with rooms and bathrooms. We had a great time and the ice maker was also a nice amenity. Only negative was the starter kit of things is super basic. Only one trash bag and dishwasher pod. So bring your own trash bags and soaps. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

I'm so glad we picked this condo to stay in. It is so nice and clean and a lot of it us updated. The view was gorgeous as well.

We visited for the first time at Orange beach and loved our condo at Phoenix West. The room is huge and decorated nicely. It was clean for the most part but def needs to be mopped a little better between guest. The very first night there our feet were black within the first 30 min. I looked for a mop to clean the floors myself but there wasn’t one. I didn’t want to ask for the owners to send out a maid just for that but thought they may want to be sure this is addressed before the next rental. There was also a bleach spot on one of the comforters. But overall the room is great. The facility is really laid out well and has easy beach access. Loved the lazy River and pool area and it was also nice how the parking deck opens into the elevator area and the elevators open up right onto your floor. We def would come back to Phoenix west and stay in 1406. Also want to mention how great and accommodating Charlotte was. She worked it out so we could check in early bc our room was empty and was so nice and very easy to get in touch with! Over all a wonderful experience!!

We have stayed in this unit previously and it is by far one of our favorites. The staff around the building are friendly and we’re diligent about making sure everyone enjoyed their stay and everyone followed simple rules.
The unit is beautiful and decorated minimally so no worries for clutter. Any kitchen items you would need are provided (remember to grab coffee filters and grounds. They provide a full size pot. Not a keurig).
Definitely check out the new Coastal restaurant right up the road. Great view and amazing dinner.
We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this unit.

We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix West 1406. It was just as they had listed on their site and we were extremely pleased. It was clean, all of the furnishings were comfortable and appear brand new and the unit was stocked with plenty of linens. There is plenty of room too for everyone to spread out where you don't feel on top of one another. The amenities at Phoenix West are top notch and our whole group had a much needed completely relaxing vacation. I highly recommend Phoenix Rentals for your travel plans.

We've stayed in this property 2 years in a row and we love it and LOVE Phoenix West!! The condo is beautiful, spacious and comfortable and the views from the balcony are breath taking. Waking up every morning and watching dolphins swim by is heaven! Highly recommend it!!

2 months in lovely condo, close to park and good restaurants

This was second year here in Orange Beach after 10 years of other vacations. Love the area. Phoenix West units are the best and we have enjoyed everything. Only 2 negatives, I am late in getting this review in because internet is unreliable. We lose use of phone and computers numerous times very day and have to reconnect to the network. The furniture in this unit is very uncomfortable and one chair broken. We have reserved another unit for next year because we do love it here. The staff here are very friendly and everything else is in great shape. Charlote does a great job and is very responsive to requests.
The microwave stopped working and it was replaced in two days.

This was such a beautiful condo. I felt like I walked into our own home! The view from the balcony was amazing! We could see everything down in the water, and as far out as the eye could see. My only two complains, and one has nothing to do with the actual unit. First, we cooked several nights since it was the week of the 4th. The smoke detector went of at least 5 times. We didn’t burn anything. No smoke at all. They are super sensitive, which makes trying to prepare a meal in the kitchen stressful. The second complaint has to do with the actual building. There are not enough elevators! There is a constant backup for the elevators, whether you are going up, or down. I know there is nothing they can do about it, but they should have at least two more elevators. Other than .that, we loved the condo! Beautiful!

This condo is just as beautiful as the photos. Everything was new, spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was to die for. It was a little too chilly to use the outdoor pools but our kids did go down the waterslide and we spent most of our time between the beach and indoor heated pool and hot tubs. We usually stay either here or at Phoenix West II and this is by far the best unit we have stayed at. The property manager was great to work with and she sent lots of communication ahead of any of our questions. The food recommendations on the website were spot on as well. We try to eat out as much as possible when we come to the beach and there are lots of great places to eat in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. We hope to come back soon. Thanks for a great stay!

The stay at Phoenix West was great as always. The rooms are spacious and have all you need to stay a week. Wish we had more time to spent but must get back to the real world.

Had a good time there are 2 things that was an issue the parking garage is a little dangerous they didnt think throughly when they designed it and the WIFI is ridiculous. No signal and it wouldnt even let us put on our own data had to connect to the condo which gave us 1 bar if lucky. Other than those 2 items everything else was good!

Everything wonderful except parking garage and elevators. Poor.
