Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor directly overlooking the pools, lazy river and beautiful ocean! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, custom tile backsplash, wet bar with ice maker, New 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 50" HDTV in the master and a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 2 master bedrooms with King beds, the 3rd. Br has 2 Queen beds and the living room has a queen sized sleeper for sleeping of 10 in beds. We have great seating on the balcony with new cushions installed March of 2024.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
We have the 3 bedroom unit next door, should you need more space.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

This was a great place to stay! It had everything we needed to cook. Plenty of cups and plates. The beds were comfortable. The place appeared to be well insulated because we never really heard anyone else and there were others staying near us.
If I had to have anything to say negatively about this place it would be that the outdoor furniture was a little worn out and wasn’t very comfortable. Sitting outside at sunrise and sunset is one of my favorite things about staying at the beach, the outdoor furniture wouldn’t keep me from staying here again though.
Make sure to bring extra toilet paper. One roll per bathroom. But they tell you that in your informational emails.

We arrived at Unit 1407 on Junw 4th and
left on June 18th.We had two extremely pleasant weeks with luxury accomodations. After visiting many condos in a 40 year span it is always to be expected that with as many hands that handle equpment , one will need the staff to assist. They were qujick and repaired efficientlywith very little beach interruptions. Will go back soon.

Very nice condo. It was a perfect location. We had a wonderful time and would go back as long as they mount the headboard to the bed in the front guest bedroom. Also, check the dishes including cookware, we had to run everything thru the dishwasher before we used it and I have the pictures to prove how dirty everything was. On your last day, make sure you leave someone in your room if you’re taking anything to your vehicle cause you will get locked out of the condo, even at 8:45 in the morning. I know this review sounds like a complaint, it’s not, just the facts. It is a beautiful condo with a great view and we had a wonderful time.

Our stay at Phoenix West was awesome, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Our initial trip was cancelled in March, which Phoenix refunded all but a small required fee. Cayce is who we coordinated our trip with and he was vested in helping us get the right unit and was able to assist quickly when our flights got cancelled changing our itinerary. Above and beyond. The Unit itself was as advertised clean and comfortable with tons of space and ample views. The amenities IE Pool, River and overall property were well kept and we used them a ton. I highly recommend Phoenix West to anyone considering a trip to the Bama coast.

The Phoenix West is a very nice condo and the staff was very friendly. The Lazy river and outside pools could be managed better. On the Friday evening we were there a large amount of people came in for the Labor Day weekend and there were lots of very drunk people causing trouble in the Lazy River and outside pool.

Very nice beach condo. Roomy, clean, beautiful view, great pool, convenient parking for your vehicle. Refrigerator ice maker was broken, but no worries, there is a dedicated ice machine located at the wet bar. The kitchen was adequately stocked and functional. IMHO, a very good value in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. I would absolutely stay here again.

The grandkids had a wonderful time on the Lazy River.Wish on the balcony it had had a couch or lower chairs for the oldies.We had no trouble with having to wait on the elevators as some had said. Good vacation.Very nice condo. found another good place to eat--JTs on the inlet close to Docs!

Phoenix West 1407 was an awesome place to stay!! Extremely clean .. decorated beautifully!! Wonderful view of the gulf with floor to ceiling windows

The condo was beautifully set up for our 4 night/5 day visit to Orange Beach. It came with all the necessities for the kitchen which was useful for all meals. The only thing i would have changed about it was the check out time, 10AM is entirely too early for individuals wanting to enjoy their vacation.
We had a wonderful vacation and great weather! Loved the ocean front views. The unit was well appointed. Improvement is needed on the quality of the seating on the balcony and family room as the chairs were very uncomfortable.
