Our condo is perfectly situated on the 17th floor directly overlooking the pools, lazy river and beautiful ocean! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the private balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with a custom kitchen, exquisite granite, full-size new appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 50" HDTV in the master and a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. All kitchen appliances including a coffee maker and blender. The master and 2nd bedroom each have a King size bed, while the 3rd bedroom has two Queen size beds for sleeping up to 8.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $52 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

We loved the condo. It has everything we needed to have a great trip. The only item missing was a carafe for the coffee maker. We will be back.

We had a great girls' trip. Loved being so close to the beach and the lazy river. We felt really, really safe the whole time.

The condo was very spacious and decorated beautifully. The biggest downfall were the bedroom televisions. They were small and definitely not smart tvs like listed in the description. The elevator wait time was a pest but other than that, everything was wonderful. The lazy river was family friendly and provided the perfect start or end to the day. Overall, we loved the condo and its amenities and am looking forward to renting again.
We just returned from our trip to Orange Beach. What a beautiful place to visit. The condo over all was nice and in the perfect location. The view from the condo was amazing. There were 2 negatives about this condo. The TVs in the 3 bedrooms were quite pathetic. They were definitely not the size stated in the condo description. They were a little larger than a computer screen. Would highly recommend investing in larger TVs. Also the bed in the master wasn’t very good. It was the bounciest bed I have ever slept in. Every time my husband moved it woke me up. We would definitely be back to the area again! I would recommend this condo but just be aware of the TVs and the bed!
