Our condo is perfectly situated on the 18th floor directly overlooking the pools, lazy river and beautiful ocean! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the private balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, tiled kitchen back splash, wet bar with ice maker, 55” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 50" HDTV in the master and a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. All kitchen appliances including a coffee maker and blender. There are 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd. Br has 2 Queen beds, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room should you need more beds.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $52 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

It was a very good experience. Not only did the rental have everything I expected it to have, it even had bonuses that I wasn't expecting. It had beach toys, beach chairs, a crock pot, and other things that really made our stay wonderful. 5 Stars.

Not that great, Both outdoor and indoor pool heaters were out of service, pool water was to cold for kids and older people. The unit we stayed in needed new beds 1 bedroom the bed was broken, the other 2 beds needed new mattress. very uncomfortable. The unit did not have enough eating untincles.

We had a lovely stay over Thanksgiving. We found the condo to be well equipped and comfortable. The sofas could stand to be cleaned but that’s really the only thing we found to not be in great shape. We didn’t cook anything but breakfast, but the kitchen seemed pretty well equipped. The layout was spacious and fine for our family of five. There were chairs and beach toys which was a nice surprise. Overall, we had a great trip and enjoyed the property.

We had a wonderful time at the Phoenix West/Unit 1802. Plenty of space for our family. The fact that all of the bedrooms had their own full bath was a bonus when traveling with our kids and their spouse/significant other. We didn't cook during our stay, but there were sufficient supplies. The view is breathtaking and the patio is large enough for everyone to gather. This would have been a 5* rental if only the Master bed hadn't been sooooo bad. It was hard and drooped in the middle ~ we felt like we were sleeping in a taco shell. Other than that one blip, we had a terrific stay.

This unit was nice and comfortable. My mother in law loved the recliners and often faced looking out the open door to the patio. The unit lacked a cutting board and wasn’t as well-appointed as some we have stayed in, but overall, the basics were there. The dishwasher needs a wheel and doesn’t clean well. We alerted management and it is possible they ordered a replacement wheel. The deck is spacious and view is amazing!
We stayed during the covid pandemic and the building said masks were required in public areas in the building, but this was not enforced. If this is a concern for you, find another building.

Absolutely amazing condo in Orange Beach. This unit is huge and is beautifully decorated. Amenities are awesome. Large outdoor and indoor pools, lazy river and hot tubs. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, huge wet bar with ice maker, jetted tube in master, and huge patio overlooking the ocean. The views are incredible. I would definitely recommend this amazing condo and plan on booking again!

Beautiful condo which was represented well in the pictures. Clean and up to date. Views from the 18th floor balcony were stunning. The management company was very helpful even when I accidentally booked our stay one night too short. Within hours of contacting them, they had fixed my mistake.
The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. I've stayed in several VRBO's and this was the first time that I really had to provide all cleaning supplies, etc for the week. To have to buy garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. was a small inconvenience, especially the garbage bags when you can't buy just a small supply of them. We did fix quite a few meals and snacks in the unit and found the sharp knives a little dull, but usable. These are really little things that weren't a big deal, but thought the owners might like to know about them.
We would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful condo!!!

I would recommend packing up to leave very early as the 4 elevators that are available are SUPER PACKED between 9-10am due to multiple people leaving and people heading to the becah. Wish we would have packed our car the night before had we known we would have to wait for an elevator for 20-30 minutes. We will definitely be back and I have already referred others to this condo/complex.

We had a great week spent with family in this spacious condo. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and PLENTY of bed linens. Beautiful view of the beach. Weather was cool and very windy so we were not able to enjoy the pool and waterslide area as much as we would have liked but the indoor pool saved the day. Lots of activities available in the area. This condo has it all! The bedrooms are comfortable and allowed our family to have the space they needed. The views are beautiful although the sun sets behind the building. If you’re on the beach you can see it but not from the condo itself. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The ice machine is a huge plus! Would recommend this condo to anyone and would definitely stay again!
This is the second year in a row that our annual New Years trip was in the same unit. PW 1802 is a great unit. Very clean and well-appointed. Will try to book this unit for next year.
