Our condo is perfectly situated on the 18th floor directly overlooking the pools, lazy river and beautiful ocean! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the private balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, tiled kitchen back splash, wet bar with ice maker, 55” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 50" HDTV in the master and a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. All kitchen appliances including a coffee maker and blender. There is a King bed in the master, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd. Br has 2 Queen beds, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room with sleeping up to 10.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Condo was great. Only complaint is the kitchen. Not enough items to cook a complete meal. Only one mixing bowl, no large skillet. Had to use two small ones to fry sausage and scramble eggs for breakfast. No cookie sheet and crockpot so small couldn’t cook a family meal. All else grest

We stayed for a week over thanksgiving break. Everything was great. Amenities were as listed. I was disappointed in the fact that there were several things in the condo that needed some attention. There were numerous spots on the wall in the entryway that were just spackled and not painted. We also had to rearrange the items in the cabinets to give ourselves some place to put the grocery items as there was no pantry and all cabinet space was in use. The dining room chairs had rips and missing upholstery. All in all it was a very good trip after a few minor adjustments.

We really enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were very nice. Our only problem was with the wifi as it was not very good at all. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay and enjoy our week.

Phoenix West is a nice place. Our unit was spacious but run down. The beds were uncomfortable, the kitchen needs all new appliances and it was poorly stocked. I could barely cook for my family of 6. The washer and dryer are ild and take forever to do laundry. I would not stay in this unit again. And the cleaning crew did a TERRIBLE job. Dust everywhere, floors filthy!!!

We came into town for a concert and quick beach weekend. We were excited to find this rental on short notice. The rental was as pictured but needed a good deep clean. Counters had not been wiped.Rings were visible on the dining room table. Coffee grounds from previous renter were still in coffee pot. Kitchen was not really properly stocked. TV in living room is too old to run Netflix or any app. When plugging in lamp, it was obvious no one had cleaned behind furniture or beds in quite a while. Beds not very comfortable. It was an adequate rental for a short weekend stay so we made it work but would probably not stay there again.

Was a great place to stay we will go again to the same place. I have grandchildren and the lazy River and slide were a hit for them.
This condo was by far the best one to date. We have been coming to Orange beach for the last four years.
