This is a premium unit and one of the best Views at Phoenix West!!!
Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and each bedroom. With over 2,600 sq ft the unit is very spacious and furnished with 2 King Beds, a Queen and two twin beds!!
The unit is professional decorated with full-size appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, wet bar with ice maker, 52” flat screen HDTV in living room with flat panel TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The large balcony offers the perfect spot to watch the sun go down over the Gulf!! We have also upgraded the condo with new tile in the bedrooms!!
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $52 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

We loved our stay in Orange Beach this year! Our condo was the perfect size for a family of 9!! The views were spectacular from the balcony!
I do wish our condo was a bit cleaner. Some of the cooking pans and utensils were dirty (food stuck on them) and the countertops were dirty, but nothing we couldn't clean and take care of.
Also, the pillows in the second master were paper thin...we normally take our pillows, but forgot them this time. They def need to be replaced.
Outside of that the stay was perfect.
The staff at the front desk, security and throughout the condo were AMAZING. You can tell they all truly love their jobs.
Overall, we would 100% rent this condo again and look forward to it next year.

There were 9 adults on our 8 night stay and this condo was perfect for our group. Plenty of space and never felt crowded at all. Huge bonus was having 5 bathrooms! The kitchen has everything you may need and the ice machine was great to have. Balcony was massive and we used it all the time. I had read that the wait time for the elevators could be a problem but we never encountered that. I don't have any negatives but the only thing I would improve is the cleaning crew...shelves by the bar area weren't dusted in quite a long time. Overall we had the best time celebrating a 50th birthday.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We have a big family and space is a thing that I always look for in a rental. The condo was beautiful with a beautiful view and with 8 people we all had our own space and was not all over each other. The kids loved the views and all the room. Location wise was great. You are pretty much dead center of wherever you want to go. Great Location. Definitely a place you must stay. We will absolutely love to stay here again.

We had an issue with the garbage disposal that they came to repair 20 min after we called. Fast!
Condo was extremely clean.
Only complaint had nothing to do with the condo - algae and seaweed so bad we didn’t want to get in the water.

We have been on many nice vacations, from Destin to Belize to Mallorca... Each of our 4 bedrooms were very comfortable, balcony with a nice view and TV in each. The family/kitchen/balcony was very well decorated and located on a corner with a beautiful view of the beach.
