Phoenix West 2009
Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and each bedroom. With over 2,600 sq ft the unit is very spacious and has the best views in Orange Beach!!
The unit is professional decorated with full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room with flat panel TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have queen sized beds and there is also a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room should you need more space for occupancy up to 10.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Wonderful. One negative was on the King size bed, queen size sheets were used for the bottom sheet and kept slipping off the bed. Was a bit of a hassle.

This is an very great location, Lazy River and slide were both huge
hits with the kids. The layout and amount of space
was perfect for a family of 6, more than enough space. The views
an oversized balcony were an absolute delight.
However, it needed some extra help upon arrival. No cleaning
supplies were provided and it needed help for sure.
Just pack some of maybe you’ll get lucky and get a better
cleaning crew.

This is a place we will come back to. Beautiful beach view. Loved we could cook there, and wash clothes. Bathrooms for each room. Sunrise and sunset on large balcony.

The condo location, layout of the rooms and the balcony was wonderful. It was spacious with ocean views from every bedroom and a large balcony for our extended family to enjoy. Some furniture such as the couch was very worn and there was a broken dining chair and broken bar stool, however those did not affect the enjoyment of the space. Unfortunately the floor in the condo was not clean. We found on our first day if we were barefoot the bottom of our feet were brown from the dirty floor. I attempted to clean the floor with paper towels as the mop in the laundry room was too dirty to use. It is very unbelievable that not even extra garbage bags were provided to replace the garbage can after emptying our garbage. I have never before stayed at a rental where basic necessities were not provided, such as toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap and dishwasher soap.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of room for our family to stay. The view was beautiful. Our favorite place in the whole condo was the balcony. There was plenty of seating for everyone to sit and enjoy the breeze.
