Phoenix West 209

We had 8 adults and 5 kids so all the space we had was great; especially the open area. We used the kitchen every day for breakfast and lunch and we had plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Loved having 2nd floor parking and accessibility to the beach was great. It is very likely we would book again next year.

Our vacation rental experience was amazing. This condo is the favorite our family has stayed in-it is massive and nice. We had plenty of space for multiple families. There is abundant seating and the large balcony was great for the number of people we had traveling. We are already looking to book this same condo for next Fall!

Pretty pleased with condo. Excellent location, could use stairs and not wait on elevators!

Most relaxing, stress free week since last year.

The blue couches need to be replaced. They are worn out. The condo was great for our family vacation

Condo was 95% perfect. Some cleanliness issues, but manager resolved fairly quickly. I did send a message to the manager about the jacuzzi tub not working, but never heard back. My only real complaint is that the floor appears to be clean, but our feet were black almost immediately. I am sure it's from the enormous amount of sand that is dragged in every day, but that shouldn't happen on our first day before we had even been to the beach. Condo had plenty of space for 12 of us. Resort had several options for our party which included 6 children, ages 5-13. Pool area was always very clean.

The accommodations were very nice. Plenty of room for the 14 of us. Loved the view of the ocean from our large corner balcony.

We loved our stay at Phoenix West, 209. The condo is very comfortable and nicely furnished. We had everything we needed for a great week. Loved the location on the second floor and the beautiful view. We would go back.

Convenient to parking and grills. Love the condo and the amount of space. Kitchen was well stocked.

All was great! Only thing I noticed was a small leak in the laundry room and the dryer doesn’t dry very well.

Everything went great this week. All the staff was very courteous and helpful. The condo was very clean and stocked for our needs. I wished they did have a keurig coffee machine. There was 11 of us and we had plenty of room. We are looking forward to a return trip.

Our family has spent one week vacationing at Orange Beach/Gulf Shores long before condos were on the beaches, i.e, mid-70's camping at state park. Phoenix West has been our "go to" spot since it opened. Prefer to rent "x09" unit and decided to give this one a try. Concern about being able to see beach & ocean unnecessary...great views. Perfect for being able to take stairs instead of elevator to pools and beach, perfect for watching older kids in lazy river/water slide area from balcony, concern about lower level parking did not materialize, photos of unit inside speak for themselves...beautiful! Sturdy farm table and benches were great. All beds were comfortable. Sofas and chairs also comfortable, as was patio furniture. Kitchen amenities were good. Look forward to renting this unit again...hopefully next year.

Check in was easy. The unit was ready upon arrival. The unit needs a deep cleaning such as the rugs and furnishings.

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix West. There were 13 of us and we didn’t ever feel crowded in 209. We cooked every night and the kitchen was well stocked. The ice maker was a big hit! My only complaints would be that the floors of the condo weren’t as clean as they could have been. The bottom of the kids feet were dirty after walking around when we arrived. Also, with the pandemic it didn’t seem the facilities were being cleaned more often around the common areas of the lobby, stairwells, and elevators. The stair rails had paper on parts of the rails from the walls being painted previously so I know they weren’t being cleaned.

We had an awesome week! We had a bad day with the Tropical Storm coming in but the rest of the week was awesome. The condo was clean and very accommodating. They TV’s were awesome and kitchen well equipped. We loved the 2nd floor unit. Only problem is I was short and had to use the folding ladder to get up in the bed in Master. Thankful they had one to use LOL. Short people problems.

We called to let the manager know about it. They returned our call the following day to tell us they knew about it & new glass had been ordered. It would have been nice if they had left a note to inform us. I was worried that we would be held responsible. The property was clean & the patio and outdoor furniture was great overlooking the lazy river. However, we found the indoor jacuzzi On the 1st floor to be dirty. Once the jets stopped in the jacuzzi there was a scum on the surface & dirty ring around the tile. Never went in again.

Just a couple of small suggestions... there were no batteries in 2 tv remotes in the master bedroom. Someone should check these periodically. Also the woven rugs in the master bath need to have non-slip rug pads under them, as I almost slipped on several occasions.
I would definitely stay in this condo again & parking on the 2nd floor was an easy access to our room. However, I think guests should not have to pay for a parking pass if they are staying at the resort.

Perfect condo, we paid extra to be on a lower floor and it was well worth it. Not only is the condo on a low floor it is decorated so well. The views from the balcony are awesome and we also enjoyed watching the kids play on the water slide. Hope to get the same condo next year.

Unit and view were perfect. Super clean and kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans to prepare meals, large space was great for our large 3 family group.

It was clean, comfortable and just beautiful in every room. The views from the patio were nice and the furniture outside was great. We all truly had a vacation from the kids to the adults which is rare to come home and not feel like we need a vacation from our vacation. Thank you Cayce for a truly great beach experience.
