This condo was perfect. Everything was clean and nice. Great location. I would stay here again.

WOW... what a wonderful time we had at this beautiful facility. The front desk help was so nice & helpful & the entire facility was so clean & easy to access. We will all be back back for sure.

This was a very nice condo. It met all of our needs for the size of our party. The views were amazing. The finishing touches were very thought out.

The Condo was very spacious and clean !! The balcony was aMazing! There were 7 adults and two kids in our party and we had plenty of room . Even though we were on the 21st floor , the elevators were fast !

Beautiful Condo. 8 adults and our 3 year old granddaughter had a wonderful time. Unit was nice and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. View was gargeous. Condo was exactly at it appeared on the photos. It was really nice having a bathroom for each bedroom and an extra half bath in the hall area. Pools was nice...loved the lazy River. The only suggestion I have is the balcony is so large it would be nice to have another table or more chairs. We will stay again.

Very clean and close to shopping and restaurants

We gathered our children, grandchildren, and their spouses for a family reunion. The condo had room for everyone! It was spacious and comfortable. What a wonderful view!

Property description was perfect. It was clean and well maintained. The owners provided excellent customer service. The only complaint would be the twin bed mattresses. The other mattresses were not too bad.
We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Loved eating at Luna’s and G.T.’s
Ordered our groceries online which saved time. Would definitely recommend this condo to others

Beautiful resort and condo was perfect! Location was close to everything and easy walk to the beach and the lazy river was the kids favorite. This is our 3rd year to Phoenix West and is our favorite.

Beautiful view from high above the beach. Very few extended elevator waits. Clean property. Enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix West 2109! Plenty of room for our large family and walking distance to two of our favorite restaurants, Doc's and WolfBay. Will keep this in mind for future stays.

Property was dirty at arrival, sand and crumbs on the counters and floors. Hair was in the master bedroom on the sheets. Property manager emailed about how the stay was going sent a message back about the lack of cleaning, never heard back.

The condo’s amenities were great, and the view was gorgeous. However paying $250 for cleaning when it wasn’t clean is enough to Deter me from staying again.

Great location, checkin staff very nice, beautiful condominium. Our condo itself was dirty! Dirty dishes mixed in with clean ones, living room rug still had food on it, master bathroom had tons of sand, master bathroom toilet had urine spots on the seat! Very disappointed in what you pay for a cleaning fee & you have to clean up after check in. I have some pictures but I don’t have an option to post them

This is our second visit to Phoenix West with a larger group (4 families) and the location never disappoints. We love the fact that we are right on the beach and the pool, lazy river and slide are all right there. The only issue we had this year the wait times for the elevator. It seemed so much busier than in the past, and being on the 21st floor, we did a lot of waiting for the elevator.
The unit was nicely decorated, but could have been a litter cleaner. I get that it is busy season, and we were able to get into our unit and 30 minutes early, but I felt they could have done a better job of sweeping and cleaning the bathrooms. Otherwise, we were once again, very satisfied and had such a good time!

Problem with TV's in 3 bedrooms...twin beds OK for children, NOT for adults...spacious inside & on balcony. Note; 4 & 1/2 baths not 5 baths.

2109 was everything it said it would be - clean, spacious and an unbelievable deck with a view! This was our first trip to Alabama and the community was nothing but southern hospitality. The property was clean and staff was friendly. And we can’t say enough about the beaches - so beautiful! When checking in we dropped a glass bottle in the garage - it was cleaned up within the hour! We will be back!! The sunset dolphin cruise out of bear point marina-cold mil fleet- was awesome- worth every penny and the crew was great!!!!

This condo was perfect for our family. It had a ton of space for our family to be together and hang out. It was furnished nicely and communication with owners while we were there was great.

This is our third year to get 2 rooms and stay with y’all. We are very happy with the accommodations and staff. We have received very good service through Cayce, our agent. My grandchildren always enjoy the lazy river and pool. The condos are spacious, clean, and well maintained. Looking forward to next year!

From the second we walked in we were amazed at how beautiful this condo was. Out of the 25-30 condos we have rented over the years, this is number ONE. I will be back to this condo. I would love to own one just like it. Extremely satisfied with the layout and privacy. This place is like a palace.

Beach is super close and always clean. Can’t wait to go back next year, our 3rd year staying with Phoenix and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We loved everything about our stay! The condo is beautiful, so clean and well kept. The beaches were pristine, and the kids (and adults - who am I kidding) loved the lazy river, the slide, and the pools. An A+++ from my gang!

We were very satisfied with the accommodations. We had enough room for the entire family and still feel comfortable. No major issues, had a small issue with one of the bedrooms with tv reception. We made one phone call and it was resolved within hours. We would not hesitate a return visit.

We had an amazing time at Phoenix West 2109 over New Years. The condo was well furnished and had ample accommodations for all of us. Would highly recommend this property and will likely be a return visitor.

The entire stay was perfect. Family from Birmingham area and Tuscaloosa came to Orange Beach to celebrate Thanksgiving with close relatives who are residents of Foley. Property was very clean and beautiful. Very comfortable for each guest to have their own bedroom and bath. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. The Gulf view from each room was beautiful.

We loved staying here! It was a very nice condo. Beautiful view, lots of space. There are a few very minor things that could be fixed to make it even better but nothing that would make me not stay here again.
Also if you plan on cooking a lot the kitchen isn't super well stocked.
Overall very nice place to stay!

We are a family of 6 adults and one toddler. The condo was plenty big and the accommodations lovely. Lots of room to spread out. The pool and lazy river was fun for everyone. If you are looking for a family fun place this is it!!! The only negative comment I can make is that the elevators get backed up from time to time, but that is true of any popular place you stay. We would rent this condo again.

The condo itself is huge and we all had plenty of room to spread out and loved how the bedrooms are in the back so you could still work in the kitchen, watch tv, etc without disturbing the little ones napping. Try the restaurants across the street! I can't remember the names but one is a breakfast place and the other a dinner spot and both were so delicious. We highly recommend staying in this unit.
