Phoenix West 2303

Always enjoy our stay at Phoenix West. Lazy river and water slide are big hits with the kids and adults. Close to restaurants and shopping.
Only disappointment with this unit was the coolness of the refrigerator. We rented two condos for the week and the other units refrigerator cooled much better.

The biggest issue with this property is the lack of cell service within the building/units. I need to be able to work while on vacation and this made it incredibly difficult to do so. WiFi was also very slow. Other than this I have no complaints.

Nice condo with lots of space. The pool is great. The kitchen is very adequately appointed. We were excited to have hardwood floors so we did not track sand in. The floors however were not very clean when we got there. There was also a constant drip in the bathroom with the where the washer and dryer are located. Yes, I would go back again.

The bathroom fan in the front right bedroom needs replacing. It is very load and makes a metal scraping sound. The rug in the living area is coming apart and is a trip hazard.

We had 4 adults and 5 kids stay here and it was perfect. Beach front and beautiful view, close to everything.

My family gets together every Memorial Day at the beach to kick start the summer. This condo was well equipped and met all of our needs.

Phoenix West 2303 was perfect for our family vacation! We had 5 adults and 3 kids under 6. The three bedrooms...with two king beds and 2 queen beds...gave us plenty of comfortable sleeping and the 4 bathrooms were a plus. Many loads of wash were done and the pot and Keurig coffee were a great way to start the day. The necessary items are provided...small soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, single washer and dishwasher soap. However, stores are close by and Insta Cart delivers. The outdoor lazy river and water slide were a hit and the WHITE SAND beach was our the favorite place. The indoor pool was a perfect “before bed” swim. The Gulf Shores National Park is close and perfect for a morning stroll or run.

My original destination was Pensacola, but the condo I had booked was undergoing repairs, unbeknownst to me until I tried to check in. I cancelled and found another condo in Destin so I made the traffic-delayed, two plus hour drive, only to find AirBNB had sent me a message in transit saying they had cancelled my reservation due to a leak in the unit. After much heated conversation with AIR BNB and with the lack of an interpreter, I gave up on them and booked a room at the Henderson in Destin. Nice hotel but way overpriced. I decided to try Orange Beach so I ditched AIR BNB and used VRBO, found another property and checked in that afternoon. The place was totally unacceptable, so I searched yet again online and lucked up on the Phoenix West. Fifth time was the charm so I at least got to enjoy three days of my vacation in a super nice condo. The place is great for families or just a couple needing lots of space. Good floor plan, although it could be a little more open, nice master with French doors open to the dining area. Awesome, huge shower with fixed and hand held shower heads on opposing walls. Great decorating, nice beach motif without being too beachy, well appointed kitchen, bonus extra bath in the laundry room, great indoor and outdoor pool, right on the beach with great views and spacious indoor parking so your car doesn't bake in the sun and turn into an oven during hot summer months and no getting drenched with the inevitable rain. Property is fairly new so no visible wear and tear yet. (Older condos that need paint and trim work, new doors, railings, updated pool and gym facilities can ruin a vacation so it's nice to stay in a place that is still polished in like new condition.) The rate was surprisingly low, even for offseason, and this was one of the best values I've ever seen for a large condo directly on the beach. I'm booking it again for my next beach trip.

All in all, the experience was good. The tv was was the major complaint. It was not user friendly and since it was Dish, the owners need to upgrade to the hopper so shows could be record and the controller is voice activated. We did leave that message with the management company and even said Dish said the upgrade was free. No response

Loved this condo and beach and pool area. Great view. Rooms were clean and lots of room. Just wished we weren't evacuated due to hurricane and our vacation ended early. Hope to return next year

They bank of four elevators is inadequate for this property. The condo is fabulous. The view of Hurricane Sally was terrific and cued is to abort and get out in time. The property manager is responsive and professional. I wish we could have stayed for the entire visit, it was such a nice, well stocked unit. This is our second stay in the property and have enjoyed it both times.

Our family stayed in this lavish condominium and it blew away our expectations. From the moment we pulled up to the building, to the moment we pulled away to head home, we were captivated by the luxurious style and breathtakingly beautiful views. This is one of the best stays we have ever experienced. The people were all very friendly, everything was clean, the pools, hot tubs, lazy river, and beach were perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting Orange Beach. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your personal paradise!! We will be back!

Management company reached out to us many times to check on our stay. Very clean, kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking, beds need replaced, would definitely return!

We had an amazing vacation!!! This condo is beautiful with everything you could possibly need!! The rooms are all gorgeous and clean!!

Condo was exactly what we expected. Clean when we arrived. Loved the open plan and beds were very comfortable. The view daily from balcony was amazing. Condo had everything we needed to cook our meals daily. Loved the full size washer and dryer. Management was very responsive when we asked a question. Can’t wait for our next visit. You will love this condo!

the place was fantastic, the master bathroom was awesome, the décor was beautiful. nice big tv's in all the rooms. the lazy river was long and fun, the pool was great. the place was very clean. the staff was friendly.
