Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the master, two queens in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and a sleeper sofa queen for sleeping up to 12. We also have the 3BR unit next door should you need more space.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $52 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

We stayed at Phoenix West 2306 for 7 days.Condo was very clean. We really liked the light colors of the unit.Bedrooms were well furnished. We really have no complaints about the unit,management,check in and out,location. Pools and lazy river were a big hit. We have been coming to Gulf Shores for 20 years and Phoenix West was I think the best condo yet.We would stay at 2306 again.

Had a wonderful time with family. Only issue was the lazy river. I didn't expect kids swimming around those of us on tubes lazily floating! Kids were not lazy! They were racing.

We took our family of 6 to the beach for a 10 day vacation and could not have found a better place. The condo was beautiful and the amenities at the property were excellent. I was worried that we would experience large crowds, slow elevators and the destination would not live up to expectations. Instead we had the best time with absolutely no drawbacks. It was the best vacation and we are definitely coming back next year! I would recommend this condo and complex to any family!

Phoenix West is a great location. Our room was on the 23rd floor...great view. Condo was very clean and spacious. We had 10 adults and a baby. I can't wait to visit their again. My only complaint is parking...we had 3 cars with only two pass available. But parking garage had plenty availability.

The condo was very nice. The only things I would change is to include back up toilet paper. The condo was very clean. The door on the bedroom closet seemed to have an issue with opening properly. The ice maker and all other appliances were very nice. The balcony was very nice. The internet was not consistent (actually did not work most of the time) Qverall and excellent experience.

Trip was very pleasurable. Whomever was assigned to check arm bands was doing a very thorough job checking them. The unit we stayed in you could not hook up to the internet because it was locked out. I informed the desk and the owner never did unlock it. I would say the biggest problem I had with the trip was the lazy river only has 15 or so float tubes. At times it was very hard to get a tube since this condo has so many guest. It definitely needs more tubes. I have stayed a West II several times and never had trouble getting a tube because there is way more available there. Overall the stay was very nice and look forward to being back in the fall.

This was a great unit to stay in. Very clean with good amenities and very family friendly. Phoenix West is in a good location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. We have already booked are next vacation in the same unit.

Everything was great everything was clean very nice condo The only thing could use a Wi-Fi booster or extender for people to have their cell phones it kept going in and out low Wi-Fi but everything was great all three condos had a very nice Thanksgiving reunion.... and hopefully we come back again next year thank you...
