Phoenix West 2502

The condo was very sufficient. Really good size and was clean and comfortable. It’s a convenient location to a lot of good restaurants and grocery stores. Liked the indoor parking. The lazy river and pool was very clean . The beach area was beautiful.

Phoenix West facility was very clean and my family had an amazing time. we loved being ocean front and the lazy river. Our rental itself was nice, the couch needed cleaned/it had stains on it/old but other than that the place was nice

Very easy process. Condo was beautiful and accommodating. Would definitely rent again.

The condo had great views, close to everything, lots of room for the 10 of us
Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom
The only thing was floor wasn’t very clean, some of dishes were dirty when we went to use them, and around the dishwasher the Insulation was sticking out where it was easily accessible for little hands
But overall it was a great place

The condo was wonderful it had everything needed to be comfortable everything was in great shape and well maintained. The management team was wonderful and worked with us in a very timely manner and accommodated us very very well. We have stayed at many condos over the years and have dealt with multiple rental agencies. This one will be our home away from home just because of how over the top they go to make your vacation enjoyable!

I’ve stayed in 4 different Phoenix buildings and this one was by far the nicest. We had two units side by side cause we have a lot of grown kids. It had everything we needed in the unit. It was so clean and the pool area was very nice.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Phoenix West! This 25th floor unit was beautiful, and we had lots of room to spread out! The kids really enjoyed the lazy river!

The property was clean; however, the bedspread in the master bedroom should be replaced. It appears very worn and we washed it upon arrival and it still looked worn. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo had plenty of bath and hand towels for everyone. At one point a few lights stopped working and we called the property manager; they were able to get someone over to fix it within an hour.

The condo was beautiful! Close access to everything. Easy check in and check out. Clean as a whistle! Beds were comfortable and plenty of room to spread out! We will definitely try and stay here again! Just sad we had to cut trip short due to ice storm moving in back home..

Unit was as described. A great view of the sunsets over the gulf.

The condo was very spacious and very clean. They have many amenities to make for a very fun week. We have stayed in this building for several years now and love it. Highly recommend to anyone but especially those with children. We had one small request the first day and Cayce Cook took care of it immediately! Phoenix Rentals rocks!

Terrific, wonderful, amazing. Words cannot describe how wonderful this place is. 25th floor with amazing views. So convenient to walk to the indoor pool, outdoor pool, and the beach. Seriously you cannot find a better place to stay. WE enjoyed every minute of this vacation. Rooms were very spacious and nice. Plenty of bathrooms and a very well laid out kitchen/living room space. We cannot wait to come back.
